    I was contacted by PR, LLC after hours via email on 6/21/23 @9:26 PM. I received a email notification on my phone and I was asleep at time. but I check my phone for any reason. Turns out its a email requesting employment and payment information to my employer. I panicked and thought this was devious and manipulative. I set up a 1 yr arrangement for the account I defaulted, but since this night, I had to turn off my notifications due to exacerbating my anxiety and didnt want to stay quiet. I attempted to call them, keeps saying to wait hold time, leave a message; and never get a call back. For them to do this goes outside of the Fair Debt and Collections debt.

    We are in receipt of the complaint, we already reduced your Money Key balance for you and you settled your account with us on 6/22/23, we were only handling your Money Key account, of which we aren't aware that you had issue with?  Additionally we are not handling, nor have we ever handled an account for anything you owe to ********** or any other creditor, perhaps you have us confused with another company that is handling that account.

    I received some spam email about some account that I dont know about from this company! It doesnt have my right address it was sent to my spam folder, I emailed told them to stop they started spam bombing my email address. Ive never heard of this company or, debt.. stop spamming my email also I filed bankruptcy chapter seven three years ago on all my old debts so if you continue to spam my email I will report you to the ****** Federal Bankruptcy Court for breaking bankruptcy laws on debts that where discharged if it is even a real debt that address on the email is a fraudulent address Ive never lived at.

    This company is repeatedly emailed me trying to get personal info like example assets work address all kinds of things threatening to contact an old boss personal info in that email as well .. not good emails can get hacked i dont owe money to this company not sure who they are i have disputed this over and over but the harassment .

    I received a voicemail stating I owe them money for a debt they purchased from another company. When I requested further information the lady got upset and said she is the one asking the questions. I continued to ask for more information at which point she got upset and hung up on me. She has since called and left a threatening voicemail on my phone stating that if I don't want to face repercussions I need to contact her with the following information or she will "freeze all my assets and bank account" she said " we sent you paperwork and if you didn't get it oh well". She then called back asking for my mother in law to call her back stating that an individual (she didn't mention my name) used her residence as collateral and they may have to seize her house if she doesn't call back. Just to clarify in no way shape or form would I be able to use my mother in laws home as collateral as my name is not on it. Both voice messages were extremely threatening. Since there is no way legally possible for me to use my mother in laws home as collateral I request this inaccurate information be removed from my credit report
