      Ordered a ****** for my elderly father and after 2 weeks, not the 2 days as promised, he received a very disappointing cane! Called and filled out that stupid request on line numerous times and have not gotten a response from anyone! They take advantage of seniors and anyone who needs assistance! I highly doubt they are a US based company as they state on their web site, the ridiculously long tracking number gave that away! Please stay away from this company because you will get scammed too!

      Upright Cane is nothing but a SCAM. Please do not trust them EVER. We paid in full for a scooter that we NEVER received after weeks of waiting, we got a cane that we NEVER ordered and we were told to accept the cane as a gift due to their mistake and that the scooter would be on the way. Like a fool I believed them once again. Today we were told that the scooter was delivered with the cane. My 89 years old cousin Never got his scooter. We have gotten excuse after excuse after excuse. In my opinion Upright Cane is a SCAM going after the disables, seniors and anyone in need of help. Please do not trust them.

      I purchased the 599.95 scooter from upright cane on Aug 17, 2023. On Aug 24, 2023 i recieved a cane which i did not order. Called fore times on the 24th call kept getting released. Finally spoke to agent Olivia who adv scooter was back and they got one from Canada and was now in New Jersey being inspected for shippment and should get it by 30th Aug. Also emailed support about missing scooter they said it was shipped and to contact usps to get more info on missing item and place a claim. Have been going back and forth with Mark in customer support he advised refund was denied because i would need to ship back the scooter, but i don't have it. Tried calling again on the 28th Aug on hold for 21min then call was released and same on 29th Aug two tries one for 20min and other 35min both released on there side. Called one last time 13 Sep four tries first was 5min hold then released 2nd was 8min got a hold of a sales rep when i call the support number and she advised could not help me and would tranfer me to support on hold for about a min and call was released. 3rd try 4min and call was released. on 4th try got to the same sales rep who could only apologize i said thanks for nothing.

      THEY ADVERTISED BUY ONE GET ONE FREE. NEVER RECEIVED MY SECOND CANE AND THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE FIRST CANE THAT BROKE. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, WHEN YOU CALL THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED THEY NEVER ANSWER AND THEN DISCONNECT YOU. THEY ARE THE WORST. ALSO 2 DAY SHIPPING IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

      I ordered the upright ****** on 8/23/2023. Guaranteed 2 day delivery. They offer also included a free cane. Two weeks later, I received the cane via **** and it was wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic wrap. My order reflected that it had been delivered in full. The upright ****** was never delivered. After calling and leaving voicemails after being on hold for 16+ minutes, I have not heard back from anyone. They answered one of my emails and said that my order had been delivered in full and I should check my front porch and my neighbors front porches. They are wrong! I never received the upright ******. I am now having to deal with the company that I paid through. I am beginning to think this company is a big fat scam! Do not order from this company!

      One star given for this company because there was not a 0 star option. It seems the Upright Cane company is misleading people with their false advertising. 2-day shipping is a joke; once you receive your order ( if at all), it’s not the item you paid for. Calling their advertised number gets you nowhere. After holding for 15-25 minutes, you’ll get a response that no agent is available to take your call. How sad that this company is so misleading and taking advantage of people who actually need the assistance products they are ordering whether it be a cane, walker, or scooter.

      Like others, I ordered a mobility scooter from this company and never received it. I e-mailed them, after not getting my phone call answered, to find out where my order was. They responded with, they were very sorry & would expedite my order. About a week later I received one of their canes. I was frustrated and tried contacting them about this error. You guessed it, no response!!

      Beware of this company! I ordered a scooter from them and never received it, although they were quick to charge my credit card. Being an idiot, when I called, they offered me another scooter at a 20% discount. Still have not received it. My lawyer is sending them a letter, but I hold out little hope of getting a refund.

      I ordered my upright ****** on July 2 and still have not received it. *** asked for a refund and they said they cant refund it until I send it back. Well thats stupid because I have not received it and its been going on two months. this company is the worst company Ive ever dealt with online, Ive learned my ****** from now on I will not order anything unless its from Amazon or ********
