This company was a plrasure to work with. From Arthut who I first spoke with, to ****** who kept me informed and answered all my questions. The crew thst picked up my things were timely, pleasant and efficient But ****** and ******* who delivered my belongings were even more efficient, kind, helpful and went above and beyond. 5 stars to them.

Do not use if you need to know your pick up and delivery dates and times more than 30 minutes in advance. They are not *** to communicate the acual day the moviers will arrive more than 24 hours in advance. The movers were not told they would be executing a full pack and did not bring the correct materials. Nothing was broken, but some of our non-breakable items were just thrown in boxes that were way too large for them. They only charged what we had agreed to so there was no nickel and diming, but I would have paid more if they could stick to the schedule they promised.Agility Van Lines, Inc.

As part of our standard policy, we provide pickup and delivery dates at least one day in advance along with a four-hour time window.****** began communicating this on Saturday, 03/22/25 at 10:14 AM, informing you that delivery would occur on Monday or Tuesday (03/24/2503/25/25).
She followed up again on Sunday, 03/23/25 at 2:50 PM,letting you know that our driver, ****** was completing a prior delivery and expected to deliver your items Monday afternoon.
On Monday afternoon at 3:45 PM, ****** contacted ***** to confirm he had reached out to you with the delivery time, only to learn he had forgotten. She immediately texted you to let you know that ***** was just 30 minutes away and assured you we would wait if you werent ready. You are absolutely right, this was very short notice, and we apologize sincerely for that.
Regarding packing materials, ***** was aware that this was a full-pack minimum job and initially believed he had sufficient bubble wrap.When he realized he didnt, he promptly purchased more. Occasionally, we may use larger boxes than expected at our expense to better protect your items. For us, preventing damage is far more important than saving a few dollars on materials.
We truly appreciate that you acknowledged there was no damage and no price increase. Weve attempted to reach you several times via voicemail and text to personally apologize and see how we can make things right.
While a 3-star review is considered neutral, it falls short of the standards we strive for. If you have a moment, we would be grateful for the opportunity to speak with you directly.

We called Agility Van Lines a week before Christmas to move furniture from Florida to Maryland. We worked with Arthur to schedule the time, and the actual packing and moving were done by Ian and Marc. They were on time, professional, efficient, and Ian and Marc unpacked the furniture in Maryland on the day before Christmas. They were extremely pleasant to work with, the furniture arrived in pristine condition, they unpacked and assembled it all, and took all the stress out of the move. This is a five star company, and I can't sing their praises loud enough.Agility Van Lines, Inc.

There are many moving companies in the *** that can move you from point A to B, but none, in my experience, provide a consultative service that provides the much needed stress reduction and detailed cost savings consulting that Agility Van Lines helped us with. That relief and savings was in my view priceless! Agility Van Lines was truly a 5 star experience from start to finish. This family owned company takes pride and treats you as if they are moving a family member. My initial call was with **** and he walked me through the process and pricing, next was Ms. ****** (shes a superstar) she does the scheduling, answered all my questions and keeps you updated on the drivers location. Then you have the Stars of the organization the driver Mr. ***** ****, his staff **** and *****. These hard working professionals were not only fast and efficient but took great care of my possessions. They were kind, caring and personality plus! This company uses their own truck and employees, the same people that load your things will also deliver. If youre considering making a move save yourself the time searching other companies- go ahead and book Agility you wont be disappointed!Agility Van Lines, Inc.

2 guys ****** **** and **** *******, awesome team work! Very professional and care for my furnitures. They are very friendly o/patiently whenever or whatever as I asked questions. Too bad we can't give them 10 stars. Agility Van lines was awesome to deal with From start to finish the process was easy. We moved from ** to **************** during Hurricane ****** and they made a trying time smooth. They are fairly priced, professional, courteous and hardworking. We loved the fact that they do not use subcontractors and all of our belongings were under their possession at all times. They were timely and everything was accomplished as promised.
