Superb owner and team at Agility Van Lines. From the owner Shane, cust. serv. Denise and my favorite group of guys in the world, my packers and movers Ontario A., AJ and Kendall five stars all around. I originally had another company set up to do my move but they turned out to be quite unreliable and worse than subpar. Talked to Shane at Agility and within 10 days he had me scheduled, packed and loaded for the trip from FL to WI. More than a reasonable price and nothing but courteous, conscientious and professional by all. Excellent detail and care by Ontario, AJ and Kendall to the packing, loading, delivery and set up. I've moved from WI to TX and back. WI to FL and now back so I've had some of the biggest named companies before but no one showed as much personal involvement, up to the date info at all times and sincere desire to make every aspect of this life changing situation for me as effortless and calm as these professionals. If you're moving across town or across country, Shane and his teams are the people to trust.

Agility Van Lines deserves more than 5 stars! I was so impressed that I added them to my contacts. If I ever move out of state again I am absolutely going to call them. They are BBB accredited, (A+) rating. My move went extremely smooth from start to finish. After my initial consultation with John I was certain that I wanted to hire Agility. I was satisfied with the quote, and the price was reasonable. John was professional, very kind, and thoroughly explained the process of the move. After scheduling my move from SC to MA I received an email from Shane, the owner of Agility, to finalize everything. Although the email was thorough, I still called to confirm that I understood everything correctly. Shane was also very kind and professional. As it got closer to my moving date I received a call from Denise who gave me an update on where the drivers were in reference to their proximity to me. She also called the day before to give an approximate time. She was also very professional and kind. On the day of my move the movers called to let me know that I was the next stop. Richard, Vinno, Kirby, and Philip were the moving crew assigned to me. They arrived at the time that they said they would. They were professional and handled my items with great care. They stayed on task and got the job done quickly and efficiently, and they were friendly and cheerful the entire time. I also asked Agility if they could recommend an auto transport, and although they are not in the business of transporting cars they had a recommendation for me. That was also a pleasant experience. Agility Van Lines, from ownership to staff…..are the most reliable and trust worthy people. They care about your experience. If you’re looking for an out of state moving company….look no further. I am pleased to say that Agility Van Lines is #1 in my book, and I highly recommend them. Our movers were professional, efficient, easy to work with, and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure our furniture was properly wrapped and then placed in our home exactly where we wanted it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!Agility Van Lines, Inc.

Agility Van Lines did a superb job on our interstate move between ************ and the DC region. Estimating and communication were clear from the outset---no surprises. The crew arrived promptly at the pickup location, and worked with care and efficiency. The next day, they arrived on time at the delivery location and took great care with placing the items where we asked. Nothing was damaged or lost---they kept track of every light bulb and every tiny shelf clip. Truly, Agility Van Lines is committed to doing the best possible job. Agility is very transparent and upfront regarding their pricing and packages! For our case, we worked with **** and *****, both of which were very communicative and open to talking about our specific needs. As a military family, we have a budget for moves we orchestrate on our own and had strict parameters that would be required by the military to meet. **** was very efficient at ensuring all notes were tallied for these needs and got us in contact with ***** to go over any pricing adjustments we could do to work within the allotted budget. We were able to reach an agreement and they provided us a timeframe of 5 days leading to the pack day to cancel with a full reimbursement of our deposit should the military be able to work us into their shipping schedule. At this time, we did receive official military packing/shipping and, as promised, Agility did issue full reimbursement of our deposit. Overall, we've had a tremendous experience working with Agility, and even though we aren't able to use their services for our actual move, we know the total package would have been 5-star worthy.
