  You guys call every week. You know my name so it's not an accidental dial. I have never in my life had a timeshare or even inquired about one. If you aren't a scam then you're just a real pain in the ***. I'm sure we'll talk again next week.

  Hello Mr. *****, We are so sorry to hear about constant calls that you have been receiving. We are responding to this review to let you know that we have never contacted you. Unfortunately their are a lot of companies that cold call alleged timeshare owners. We are not one of those companies. The only way that we would call you is if you contacted us first looking for help and if you told us you were not interested we would never waste your time or ours by calling someone who has no interest or need of our services. Again we apologize for the calls and hope that they stop calling you.

  I have been getting calls about one a week from a company called ACA Group. Maybe there is another one it I doubt it. Calls all start with " we are calling you because you requested information about a timeshare that I own". I started letting the sales pitch go and then I get connected to an agent from ACA. If it's not you that would be quite a coincidence that there is another company with the same name. My gu as is it's you and unfortunately real reviews make you look bad. Sorry sometimes truth hurts.

  We signed up for a time share years ago and realized after a year that it was not for us and we tried every way we could think of to get out of this atrocity. We even stopped paying on the time share and did not play the maintenence fees either. Obviously it was reported to the credit bereaus. We even paid a company to get us removed from the ownership. After months of calling to get progress reports we found out that this company was no longer in exsistence and we were out our fee and could not recoup it. We heard about the ACA group in September 2021. Our first contact with them was Sept 16, 2021. We spoke with a senior advisor ******************** She explaind the whole proceedure and advised us that it will take time but she was sure they would be able to handle the case. We were very impressed with the comunication with ACA. We received calls every 3 months advising us where they were in the process. Every person we spoke with was forthcoming as to where they were in the process. I am happy to say that today, Sept 20, 2022, we are now free from the time share. We just received a congratulatory letter saying that we have been removed from the ownership of the time share and all the paper work needed to correct our credit. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you to the ACA group for following through with your promise. We highly recommend the ACA group if you have a time share that you do not want any longer. They have saved ** thousnads of dollars. Thank you again.

  Signing up for a timeshare was the biggest mistake of my life. To think that I would have a forever Bill and have to pass ** down to my children was like I had just been cursed. However the ACA group was able to lift that burden off of me by guaranteeing their service to terminate the timeshare contract. With their expertise and allowed payment plan I was able to exit my timeshare sooner than I thought. I am forever grateful to the ACA group. Thank you ACA group, you just saved me thousands of dollars!

  I had tried for almost two years to free myself of my timeshare with no success and then I found ACA and they were my salvation, They on my case and kept me posted on how it was proceeding, Answered my calls when I had questions were pleasant to deal with and they accomplished what I could not and I am FREE OF THIS TIMESHARE!   "TIMESHARE FREE" To pickup my phone and hear these two words from Amy at ACA was a dream come true.. We thank you so much for doing this for us , it was a real financial burden to us.We have been on this journey for many months and been scammed so many times. It was pleasure to work with ACA, They have two values in their company that I value very much and which I think makes them so successful HONESTY AND INTEGRITYlacking so much in the world we live in.
