1 starSame story as most folks. Ordered an in-stock item with nothing shipped after three weeks - debit card was immediately charged. Big Daddy Unlimited said I could continue waiting its shipping department to work thru back-stock or receive a refund. I asked for the refund and they issued a credit memo and said my card would be credited. Its been another 3 weeks with no refund - the online order shows as closed. They have $580+ of my money. *** sent emails and left voicemails with no response.Review fromAaron T

1 starI am adding the same type of information that everyone else has. Extremely unprofessional, and charging your credit card immediately and before shipping is a violation of fair revenue posting practices. In my case I was charged immediately, and after one month, the product was still unshipped. (blamed on warehouse backlog). I cancelled the order after a month of continued delays. 1 starOriginally heard promoted by Garand Thumb and checked them out. Placed an order Jan 3 2023 for an instock item, emailed near the end of February in for an update and was told the warehouse is still processing old orders and will ship as soon as they can. After multiple unanswered emails, I tried calling multiple times. The menu sounds legit but no one picks up the phone. I've been on hold up to 10 minutes and it eventually doesn't let you hold anymore. I left a voicemail twice and had a call back 5 days later (mid May). They told me the same story and I asked for a full refund. The lady was nice and said they would take care of it. Here at the end of May the account profile says item has been refunded, but *** not received the money in my actual debit account! $75 basically stolen. I've tried calling every couple of days, but hold on end with no answer and the 3 hour time difference doesn't help. I would just like my money back at this point.Review fromDavid F

extended delays in shipping, as everyone else has mentioned. the blame for that delay is put on a third party warehouse. i cancelled the order, and still have not received the refund.the delay in the refund cannot be placed on the third party warehouse. I strongly encourage consumers to not give this company your business.Big Daddy Unlimited

BDU's website claims that orders are generally shipped within 5-7 business days but "some orders may be delayed". The wording is intentional to make it seem as though delays are rare when in reality, a large chunk of orders are "delayed" by multiple months. On May 3rd I placed an order for two items that Big Daddy Unlimited claimed were in stock. After two weeks with no update to the order status I began to worry that I, like many others below this review, had been intentionally mislead. I called their **** number and spoke with an employee who let me know they had received my order but didn't know when it would ship. I pressed a little more and asked if the order would ship within 6 months. They then told me that their warehouse was at least 8 weeks behind so it will take that long at a minimum. If the warehouse was already "backed up", why wouldn't BDU share that with customers before they place an order? Furthermore, why would the customer service rep initially attempt to conceal that information? It's because their business model is not based off of quality, but purely volume. They know that if they pay firearms influencers to plug their site, many unsuspecting enthusiasts will sign-up, trusting that their favorite influencer would not lead them astray. Once BDU gets a customer's first $10 subscription fee, they have already won. Do not believe the lip-service from BDU's response team. Although they may appear to have good prices on most items, factor in an extra $60 in membership fees while waiting for your order to ship and you'll find there is no discount at all. I'm convinced that BDU spends the majority of their funds on marketing and "customer service" employees to field complaints rather than improving the service they claim to offer.I cancelled my order and requested a refund.If you need any item within this calendar year, I advise you to steer clear of BDU and their deceptive business practices.Big Daddy Unlimited

Unfortunately, these extended delays were unforeseen. Despite these issues, we have been working diligently to assist with this delay.Whenever possible, our team has been processing all available items through alternate locations to avoid further delays at the affected warehouse. Unfortunately, not all items are available at alternate locations.Regarding communication, upon placing an order that has products being processed through this delayed warehouse, we have been sending out emails within 2-5 days (depending if your order was placed near the weekend), regarding this delay so that our customers *** make an informed decision with their order, whether they wish to continue to wait on their delayed order or request a cancelation and be issued a full refund.Regarding membership, our new website update does allow non-members to shop and view their orders without the commitment of a membership. If you do not wish to continue paying for your membership during your wait, you are able to cancel at any time and it will not affect your place in line.The orders from the delayed warehouse have still been actively shipping out and the items are allocated to their respective orders. However, as this warehouse works from different queues, we are unable to provide an estimated time for shipment, given their current delays. Ive been shopping with Bug Daddy for a couple years now and never had an issue until October 2022. I made an order that they for some reason couldnt ship due to warehouse issues so I canceled that December and reordered in January because I really needed some parts. However 4 months went by and multiple phone calls to customer service. All with the same answer, their warehouse is backed up but we assure you our items are allocated to you. So after 4 months I finally cancel my order to get my money back, and I cancel my membership since they still want to take the monthly membership fee out when Im reality I couldnt even use my membership due to their poor business practice. However when they issued me my credit memo on May 9th I was told the refund would be credited to me in 3 to 5 business days. Which normally it is they are usually really good about that. However its been a week and nothing. I called them this morning and was told by the same person who issued me the credit memory oh sorry yeah I know our processing times are backed up by 10 to **************************************************************************** their service. Ill never be doing business with Big Daddy Unlimited again. If I dont get my refund by next Friday Ill be forced ti take legal action, this is absolutely ridiculous!Big Daddy Unlimited

Placed an order on 01/08/23. It's now 05/01/23 and it's still processing. They responded to an email three months ago and apologized about the delay and have not responded since. They have time to blast your email with BS promotions but don't have the time to fulfill past orders that are almost four months old. I will never get on board with a subscription service like this again.Big Daddy Unlimited

I placed an order on 02/20/2023.....its now 04/23/23.....and it still hasn't shipped yet. Same response everyone else is getting about a backed up warehouse. I was dumb and placed 2 more additional orders, and those still have not processed either. They game me 2 free months of a subscription, but that isn't good enough for 2+months to not even ship my order yet. I will no longer support them and may cancel my orders and never order from them again and hope everyone else does the same.Big Daddy Unlimited
