This company will never get another company from me again. I placed an order for multiple items and received 2 of the items I purchased. My 3rd item was never shipped to me for over a month so I reached out about it. They told me it will be shipped soon, waited 2 more weeks without progress in shipping. I then asked for a refund and a partial refund for shipping. I received my refund but they refused to provide partial refund for shipping. I explained that I would have never made the order if I would be dealing with this as the 3rd item I purchased was the higher price item I actually wanted. The support person basically expressed thats to bad and didnt give a c*** Dont waste your $ on this company they obviously dont give a **** about customer service!Big Daddy Unlimited

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Big Daddy Unlimited for their deceptive practices and unacceptable delays in order fulfillment. I placed an order for five products on March 11th, 2023, and as of today, April 18th, 2023, I have yet to receive my order.When placing my order, the website for Big Daddy Unlimited indicated that the products were in stock and ready to ship. However, shortly after placing the order, I received an email stating, "Due to increased order volume, we are experiencing some delays and it has taken longer than usual to fulfill your order. Please rest assured we are working hard to deliver your order(s) as soon as possible." While I understand that businesses may occasionally experience delays, I have since discovered that this company has been experiencing warehouse issues for the past seven months.Through further research, I have come across numerous testimonies from other customers who have experienced similar delays, with some waiting up to six months for their orders to be delivered. This information leads me to believe that Big Daddy Unlimited is engaging in deceptive practices by not disclosing the ongoing warehouse issues and the potential for extended delays before customers place their orders on their website.This lack of transparency and the subsequent delays in receiving my order have caused me considerable frustration and inconvenience. I believe that it is the responsibility of Big Daddy Unlimited to be honest with its customers and provide accurate information regarding the availability of their products and the expected delivery times.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Big Daddy Unlimited for their deceptive practices. Iv placed multiple order witht his company, mostly ammo and occationaly parts and mags and its been fine, shipped and recieved no issue at lowest costs online. I ordered an SB tactical adapter recently and noticed the prompt shipping was lacking. Im assuming the company is having issues with distribution/sourcing looking at some of the recent issues with comments but considering the company has had a recent boycott in addition to 2A attacks from political 3 letter agencies I am not entirely suprised and I understand issues can come up with sourcing. A suggestion for the company however, I understand being an online company you may be what ***** to drop shipping (almost all online only sites do this) and keep some stuff in house. You may consider listing additional ***** alongside the "in stock" or "out of stock" to examples such as "lead time 4 weeks" or "Item availible on hold" and provide a notice the product will be late due to you sourcing methods or some kind of neutral phrasing that you see fit.Americans expect instant and consistant results, so selling to them is tricky. To avoid losing a solid reputation its important to balance communication and transparency with buisness reality (you gotta do what suits profit which I get). You can fix this simply by removing the in stock status with a more accurate one. Your buisness is restructuring, so retraction pains will happen, you just need to be careful not to end up like Cheaper than Dirt where the company is a shell making the bare minimum profit to pay back monthly debts and take growth is 0. ************** here:I placed an order on Big Daddy Unlimited.com, on 12/21/22 of last year, for 19 items, in which all 19 items were listed as being in stock. A few hours, after I had finalized and completed my order, I received an E-mail, stating that 5 of my items would ship right away, with the other 14 items, experiencing up to an 8 week delay, as they would be shipping out of an associate warehouse, located in the ******************, ***. Next week, as of 04/12/23, I will have been waiting for 16 weeks, for my pending 14 items to be delivered. I have E-mailed, and phoned, ****** multiple times, and every time without fail, their customer service reps. give the same phony excuses, that the warehouse is behind in filling orders, but your order is in their Queue, and should be shipped out about any day now, but they "NEVER"give you an ETA, on when that might happen, and always end the conversation the same way every time, by stating that they have no information beyond that, but are doing everything possible to fulfill your order.I believe the customer service reps. at ******.com and not being candid, and I believe people need to contact the "State of *******, ************************** and start filling formal complaints, against ******for potential crimes of "Interstate Wire Fraud", and request that their questionable business practices be investigated immediately, so if crimes are being committed, they can deal with those people right away, and shut down their scamming enterprise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Big Daddy Unlimited

I believe the owners of "Big Daddy Unlimited.com" (The McKnights) are in deep financial and legal problems, and I do not believe the excuses, that their customer representatives regurgitate to all the internet customers they have taken money from, and then failed to ship out products, which online customers paid for in good faith. When I posted my complaint on Northeast *********, Better Business Bureau's website, there were 44 active complaints, with almost all of them, being virtually the same.I believe they are not being candid, and are actually engaged in defrauding their internet customers, and then hiding behind the bogus narrative, that it is their associate warehouse in *********, ******, that is responsible, and is causing all the problems, of all of these outstanding orders which have not been filled in a timely manner !!!!!!!Review fromKyle K

Dont fall victim to their scam scheme. I had previously placed an order with them around 3 years ago and I had no issues with it. I most recently placed an order in December and Ive been given the same response as the other customer complaints that their warehouse is experiencing delays and theres no ETA on the order. Their scheme is to charge you monthly fees indefinitely while you wait for your order to be fulfilled, they refuse to refund you the monthly membership paid because its in their terms and services. The money that I paid in monthly membership fees has essentially been stolen since Ive been paying them under the expectation that my order would be fulfilled which they keep providing the same response. *** is a scam! They are by far the most unprofessional and dishonest retailer that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I have been a member for at least 3 years, and have placed many orders and saved a good deal of money on those products, but its just not worth the frustration anymore. This whole issue with them not shipping supposedly in stock items is nothing new, they have been doing this for as long as I have been a member. I recently canceled both my final order and my membership, and guess what happened next. Just the other day (after my cancellation) they charged my card for next months membership fee! Ive read online that the only way to cancel a membership is to cancel any and all cards that have been used on their website. Also, they used to have this Big Daddy Bucks thing where you earn points on purchases, and when they rolled out their redesigned website they deleted any accrued points as well as any wishlists one may have saved. Didnt delete my credit card number though! Not surprising considering that the owners of *** are involved in multiple pyramid schemes. I could go on and on, but this is getting a bit long winded. I made an order on March 6th, 2023 and said item was in stock and standard shipping is 5-7 days. That is in fact NOT TRUE. You get the pre established reply that it is someone elses fault that its not being sent. No communication is very obvious after reading all the complaints. Im sure there will be a Good Morning We apologize We are working with (name here) to get orders shipped, but due to the delay we have no more information Maybe, your company should tell people this upfront PRIOR TO THEM ORDERING OR SUBSCRIBING IN ORDER TO PLACE THE ******** Every time I call then I get the same response. How about you stop what youre doing and call this distribution company to see what the delay is? I placed an order with Big Daddy Unlimited in October, it is now 3/25/23 and it hasn't even shipped yet, I've been told several times that they have "one isolated warehouse with shipping delays" well it's become incredibly obvious to me that that is the only warehouse that they have with product in it, as 10 boxes of 9mm and 2 boxes of 12ga could bot he found in a single one of their other warehouses. This is beyond unacceptable and its very unfortunate that they have enough money to hire **************** reps to deal with the nightmare of a PR issue that they've had for the last 5 months, but can't afford to hire people to ACTUALLY ship things from their warehouseBig Daddy Unlimited

Update 4/13/23 immediately upon seeing my BBB review of big daddy unlimited they reached out to me to let me know that it was possible to get my order shipped out sooner if i swapped my original order of 115gr 9mm to 124gr 9mm ******************* that it would ship much sooner that way, i will update this again if it ever shows up.Big Daddy Unlimited

Just like all other users on here I'm beyond the point of disappointment with big daddy unlimited. My order was placed two months ago and still I have no product or even a shipping confirmation. It is especially frustrating to read the lies that are being posted here about their ware being fully caught up. Looks like the *** for these folks is to advertise products as in stock, charge the customer, and then move on with no intention of actually delivering on said product. I've tried the email route, and been given blame shifting answers about how this isn't their fault because they don't actually fulfill their orders. I was told over a month ago that my order was allocated to me. I've talked on the phone with customer service which was absolutely pointless because they all tell me, the warehouse is behind and not them. I didn't order through their supplier, I ordered through them in good faith, which has been betrayed. Such a horrible experience for a first time customer but this seems to be their pattern (at least in the last several months) when now researching them online But I will take this as a learning experience and always investigate shady online retailers before purchases.
