    They dont deserve one star even i have made an order its been 10 days and i havent got shipping email or when they going to ship it, i have called them many time and sent them many emails and no response they just scam and liar if they shut down the business is better for them than destroy their reputation.

    Ordered some items on 12/14/2023. They charged my card on 12/18/2023. No shipping or tracking info has been forthcoming. Have left 3 emails, from 12/22 - 27/2023, with no reply. Their website says their email in monitored 10a-3p on weekdays. Today, 12/28/2023, sent a 4th email cancelling this order, and contacted my financial institution to dispute this charge.

    Terrible. Do not become a member. I ordered an Item over a month ago and I have yet to receive any type of reimbursement or communication of any kind since then. I doubt I will be able to get back in touch with them again as they have completely avoided any sort of contact. What a shameful business.

    I used to think they were a great company when they started off. I was able to call them to check on orders and I felt good about my purchases.Years later they dont have a phone system (when you call they leave a pre recording to email them instead) so you cant leave a vm or talk to a real person.And they dont email you back at all. Christmas is coming up and I need the item I got from them for that purpose. However I dont think they really care. I just want communication and good customer service and timely shipping. I dont think I would buy anything here againS

    Used to be a great company to work with. Great email support, you could call in and talk to their people to resolve issues or ask questions. BUT, now its impossible to get in touch with them and they never ship your order. Total waste of my time and now I have to open a despite to get my $$$ back. Its a shame, they were a really great company.

    I placed a order 3/22/23 for a in stock ************** I have yet to receive status shows pending shipment Its been pending for months I have emailed and called no reply I havent been able to cancel and just get my money back.They charged me for my membership I finally just canceled it waiting on a reply from this company for a return Do not invest in this company right now it seems to lack any staff or inventory.They will charge you every month but not provide the merchandise you order

    Takes them months to ship items if they even ship them at all. 0 response from anyone via phone or email. Worst online store regardless of what they sell!!

    Big daddy's racing has been five star in my book. always honest,respectful and professional. It's hard to find a drag racing event coordinator, but low and behold I came across Big daddy's. If your in need of the prettiest trophies ,standing nearly three feet tall...give Big Daddy's rRace a call. Sincerely .****** wheels
