  Add me to the ever-growing list of unhappy customers. *** was very good when they first started - I've ordered several items; paid a good price and received them promptly. My latest order of an in-stock AR-15 charging handle in Aug, 2023 still shows a status of "Processing" even though the same item is currently showing in-stock and available for purchase. I've sent multiple e-mails that have received no response and, as mentioned in another review, they no longer answer the phone - it's just a recording telling the caller to send them an e-mail. From reading other reviews, it sounds like the ************** location is still open, but the online side of the business appears to be shut down.

  awful do not order from their website ordered something over a month ago and will not ship it will not answer my emails/call. will be reporting them to my credit union for fraud. absolutely ridiculous.

  ABSOLUTE SCUM!! C ant U nderstand N ormal T hinking type individuals/co. Part of blame falls on me for not checking statement like I should have. No excuse there... Cancelled them OVER 2 YEARS AGO! Had new CC sent to me with new #... turns out they re-linked my card to there service. Called them NUMEROUS times with no answer/reply. Emailed them, told them they were being fraudulent, instant reply... "Your membership is cancelled", but would not respond/reply to anything else or anymore emails sent. Got me for OVER 11 months of charges. CC co. got back a some of it. If/when you cancel your membership with them... Go thru your CC co. AND *** website. Sad part is ..Karma WILL COME BACK ON THEIR FAMILIES FOR THIS.

  Caution stay far, far away from Big Daddy Unlimited. Not sure if its due to poor management or what it is but they used to be a great company to order from. They had the best prices and you could call about any questions or concerns that you may have. This company has access to your credit card and or bank account. You call and its a voicemail that tells you to email them and someone will get right back to you.Lies! Unfortunately by the time you read this youre like the rest of us here that got ripped off. I gave them $114 on Oct 27 on a in stock trigger. This place is nothing but a bunch of con artist who somehow manage to get away with ripping off so many people. I wish that I would have been smart enough to come here first to see what everyone was saying about them. Be smart and pay the $5 more from reputable companies.

  Ordered 2 simple items and now we're at 7 business days and nothing. Called and emailed and got no response. They already charged my card and I can't get a hold of anyone to get a refund.

  I placed an order a year ago for over $600.00 and still haven't received it. I called several times and they assured me it would be coming soon and never did. Then they quit answering the phone and wouldn't respond to emails. They also recharged me to renew my account when my membership ran out after I wrote them an email telling them to cancel my account and refund my money. They don't even have an option of opting out of membership on the site anymore. I have to get my bank involved, though I doubt I'll see any of the money they charged for my order last year. If anyone is willing to start a class action lawsuit against them, I think there are plenty of us they've done dirty that would participate. I have receipts and bank records of the money they stole from me.

  Just wanted to big daddys and spent $100 for food. I seen two pink cups that I asked the cashiers for and she said you usually have to pay for them but if you spend over $100 you can go ahead and take the cups. the manager, ******, there who is a real ***** and a sourpuss, seen that I put the bags in my cup. I went back to talk to the cashier. He went into my bag of food, and took the cups out. Yep put his hand in the bag of my food and re-recovered the two pink cups at the Kash shirts that I could take. Big daddy does a really great job with their food but ***** at picking employees what are worthless piece of c*** ****** is.

  I ordered shotgun shells for dove season and never received them. My order still says Processing going on 4 months now. I wish there was a way to rectify this situation. Its not right.

  On July 27, 2023 I placed an order for two 9mm Luger Magazines with Big Daddy Unlimited in ***********, *******. On July 27, 2023 I was billed for the above items. Just under $90.00 total. I have not received my magazines, I have not received any information concerning shipping, I have received nothing but a charge on my credit card.Big Daddy is little kitty in my opinion on how they operate. Little kitty will not answer their phone. Little kitty will not respond to emails. Nothing from Little kitty other than a charge on my card. Are they still in business? I hope not. However if they are still in business, steer clear of these Little kitty. Frustrated former customer of **********************. AKA Little kitty.
