    Signed up for a free trial on their app, cancelled my services the same day the trial ended, but they still charged me and refused to refund my account because it was a few hours between when they said my trial ended and when I cancelled that SAME BUSINESS DAY because it wasn't the "same day" in their time zone, which isn't listed on the website... Predatory, disgusting company. I filed a claim with my credit card company.

    Ordered product that states was available. Two days later my friend ordered the same size and shoe. She has received her complete order , I am still waiting for my product and shoe is no longer available even thou this was available when ordered. **************** is horrific, wait times 60 minutes, and is I will have to turn in for fraud as they charged me for shoes that I am not getting. Leave voice mail emails and no answer from them Would give them negative five stars if I could

    I registered for Zumbas Jumpstart Kids + Kids *** training on June 2, 2024 for a training via Zoom on June 28, 2024. I then realized that you wont be certified with the training alone you MUST also register for ZIN for an additional monthly fee and youre not permitted to offer virtual classes, learning this made me lose interest in becoming certified, thus causing me to cancel. I initially tried to cancel a few days after registration via email (I believe June 7th but possibly before) and the representative responded to the email stating that I have to call to cancel. I then called first thing Monday morning to cancel (June 10th) and the representative stated that theres a $75 cancellation fee if I cancel. I then asked to speak to a manager because this cancellation fee isnt posted anywhere on their website and I didnt receive it during registration, however, after a brief hold the representative came back on the phone and stated that there wasnt anyone available to speak to at the time so my request to speak to a manager was denied. She then said Im sorry you didnt take the time out to read this but its on our site so then to prove my point I asked her to walk me through where its posted on the site and she couldnt. I told her Im currently on the site to register again and the cancellation policy isnt posted anywhere. She then tried to say try to register for an in-person class and I told her no because thats not what Im currently registered for and that her example of where its posted should use the course that Im registered for. She then said Im just trying to argue how? Because youre unable to provide proof of this cancellation policy ? She then hung up the phone on me ************ have HORRIBLE business practices

    Horrible customer service. Got a gift card and tried to use it. They charged my bank account twice. Called fraud division and they had no luck. The worst customer service I have ever seen. Problem never resolved. Lost 300.00 dollars.

    Will not allow cancellation without calling, wait times for calls are consistently 30 minutes plus. Option for call back that never happened and was told when contacting them online that only way to cancel is to call. Feels like fraud to make it to hard to cancel.

    Reading the countless poor reviews, a pattern of behavior by Zumba Wear is clearly evident; it's issues with ethics and compromised business practices has harmed many consumers.Earlier this week, I contacted Zumba Wear after receiving a promotional e-mail/text during the early morning hours on Monday, February 26, 2024. Due to receiving this discount marketing promotion (MOBILE15), I immediately clicked onto the Zumba Wear link/website. The promotional code provided to me in the text message I received February 26, 2024, was "invalid" when I proceeded with a purchase." I immediately contacted Zumba Wear and was on the phone for 44 minutes trying to resolve the issue. Zumba Wear provided me with a discount code, the discount code was rejected by the Zumba Wear system, Zumba Wear proceeded to tell me the code was outdated, and only for new customers. If that was the case, why did Zumba Wear text the code to me the morning of February 26, 2024?Zumba Wear's promotional codes are intended to increase business, not lose customers by deploying deceptive business practices. Zumba Wear refused to validate the discount code provided to me by Zumba Wear on the morning of February 26, 2024. This company should be fined, and/or prosecuted for deceptive business practices. The extensive terrible reviews speak for themselves.

    I'm a current member of Zumba Fitness and as an instructor I love the program but their customer service for ********************** Wear is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. Now, I love their clothes and the quality of the shoes. However if they send you a wrong size good luck with getting it fixed. I received shoes of size 8.5 instead of 10. They never respond to emails. So I called. They answer quickly. But.. They make you feel like you have to jump through hoops to fix their mistake not mine.They sent me a return label and told me to call them when I mail the shoes which is crazy. I've never seen anything like this before. Apparently they don't know what's going on in their own warehouse. Because you must call them to get the shoes exchanged. Otherwise you'll get a refund. I called them when I mailed the shoes and they checked for my size availability. Said it was available and will be sent to me as soon as they receive my shoes. Most businesses send you a replacement as soon as they see that the item was mailed. Not Zumba. So guess what happened? I received a refund. That would be fine but I wanted the shoes I got on Black Friday sale. When I called to ask about that they told me that they can't send me the replacement because I didn't call them when I mailed the shoes...ugh. Another lie.. This is the most incompetent customer service I've ever seen! I'm the end they offered me a coupon for their s**** up. I took the coupon, fine. It's just ridiculous that I have to chase them down for weeks to get any resolution for their mistakes.

    I am so displeased with the service given to me by this company after I received shoes that were too large and wanted to receive a refund after paying full price for them. I was not even given the option to exchange them. They simply said sorry, final sale, even though they are still brand new with tags and boxes, in perfect condition, never worn. I am stuck with these now and out over $100 because they won't even exchange for a different size. Very disappointed with their customer service and will never purchase from them again. I don't even want to give the one star that I had to give.

    Im not sure their customer service department exists. After multiple phone calls over multiple days, waiting as long as 30 minutes on hold without ever talking to a human, *** left multiple voicemails that were not returned. Response via email is better but they will only cancel your membership over the phone ;). I called my bank to put a stop to their recurring payments.
