    I am trying to get a hold of someone to cancel my membership, left voicemails, no luck. You guys ****. Just cancel my membership. I emailed them called them before my last payment date and no luck and they charged it. I need refund on my last payment. Someone contact me.*************************

    This company has been offering their 6-week transformation for the price of $89 for months now. Theyve been crowding my social media. Finally I gave in purchase their program did not receive anything but an email welcoming me to the Zumba family with a link to their ******* channel which has free videos anyone can watch. Nothing of the items included in their so called package has been offered. In searching other reviews other customers have been going through the same issue I am. Making this program a total scam. There is no customer service what do ever. I tried they sent me another email with a request ID and have not contacted me at all over the phone they made me wait an hour and opted out by leaving my name, contact info and message and again no contact has been made. A total scam and should be further investigating as it is continuously stealing people monies.

    Horrible experience. In order for you to keep your status as an instructor you have to pay about $45 a month. Then when you want to cancel that membership you are only allowed to cancel via phone call. Not allowed to cancel by letter, email or voicemail. What they don't tell you is that they do not answer the phone. You will sit on the phone for over 3 hours and not speak to a single human. All you will hear are prerecorded voices and the same song on a one minute loop. I have reached out via email, phone call, ******** and instagram and no response. I have even left a voicemail that they claim they will get back to you. Worst customer service experience in my life. I want to cancel it and I can't!! Do not fall for this scam!!!!

    I called to cancel my account, which the company will not allow you to do via email. I left a voice message and they did not call me back. (It has been over a week with no return phone call.) Despite multiple emails and phone calls I received no professional response or assistance. Once I finally got through to customer service and insisted multiple times with clarity that I expect my account to be cancelled and for them to send an email confirmation of the cancellation, they finally stated that they would do so and then sent me an email stating that my account will remain open unless I call them back AGAIN to cancel, otherwise they would pause the account, including charging me a monthly fee during the "pause" time period. Each phone call includes a minimum of 10 minutes on hold. **************** refused to comply with my request, even after I stated my expectation clearly, concisely, and with precision. I asked to speak to a manager and they would not forward my call to a decision maker. After being essentially forced to call back AGAIN, (this time I recorded the phone call) the customer service representative continued to argue with me about my request, and again would not forward my call to a manager. It took some time and a great deal of firmness, but FINALLY the company complied with cancelling my account, however, not before MANY emails and phone calls, arguments, and refusal first. I highly recommend that you record every phone call that you have with them as they will flat out lie to you about what they have told you previously and will not follow-through on agreements without a great deal of firmness and resolution on your end, and maybe a lawyer, if necessary. If you are smart enough to research the company before getting involved, my cautionary tale is to stay away.

    Why don't you guys ever answer a phone call? I want to cancel/pause my membership. But no answer! Where do I begin??
