I ordered a fairy costume and received only the wings. After several emails with this company and them saying dress was shipped I have never received further communication. In tracking it states still in mainland ***** and below it says order cancellation on 8/25/22 which was the very next day after the email they sent saying it was shipped. This company appears to be a scam site-Dont order from them! I now have to go through the process of reporting them to **** and hopefully get my money reimbursed. I certainly dont want their store credit as they are not honest. Now I must hurry to find appropriate dress for childs birthday party.Mia Belle Girls

Thank you for the feedback. The customer received the dress Sept 6th and the customer removed the Chargeback and accepted the dress. The accessory on the order was received quickly and separate from the dress, which arrived at the end of the shipping estimate timeframe. My experience with your business ruined a 4 yr old planned fairy birthday party. I ordered a month in advance and had to settle for a very plain dress ordered from another online seller. The only reason I accepted your merchandise was because I couldnt be bothered to return it to another country.! Had I been made aware it was coming from overseas I wouldnt have ordered it to begin with. I hope your response makes you feel better. Myself, and a 4 yr old child certainly dont.. There is a positive here..sort of. She now has an overpriced costume for playing dress up at home.Mia Belle Girls

While we cannot control the length of time items take to ship from the manufacturer, we can apologize that we did not meet your expectations on this order. I ordered a girls swimsuit on July 8th and received a confirmation email the same day. Five weeks later and I still have not received my order. I contacted the company 3 times always promising to resolve this issue but still no swimsuit. I finally requested to cancel the order, to which they replied I will check with the warehouse if we can still cancel the tutu dressWill not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed. (Note how the company always has an excuse in their responses)Kim M

I ordered two little dresses from Mia ******************* They appeared to be beautiful but I would not know because I have yet to receive them. It has been over 2 weeks. I downloaded Shop so that I could track them but the only information I have been able to obtain is that the order was received. I am very disappointed, as the dresses were for a special occasion.Mia Belle Girls
