    I ordered a Halloween costume at the beginning of October. After placing the order I got a notice it was on preorder when there was no indication of that before. I contacted the company several times to cancel with no response, until they finally responded when the order shipped. It did arrive a couple of days before Halloween, but at that point I had already purchased and used another costume. I definitely do not recommend this business and will not be ordering from them again.

    This is a super cute sun hat, well made and came packaged in it's own little protective bubble. It was perfect. Also happy to see that it has a chin strap. Perfect or those windy summer days at **********!!!

    I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter in September and have yet to receive the boots that were scheduled to arrive early October. I inquired with the company on October 15th and didnt receive a response from them until October 31st. When I asked to cancel the boots order that day I received no response. Today, November 4th, I received notice that the boots have now shipped so I cant cancel the order.The shipping timelines are unrealistic and responses to order inquiries are severely delayed. I will not be ordering again.

    I placed an order for an outfit, socks and boots for a fall photo shoot for my granddaughter. The outfit and socks came in as promised but the boots had a ship date on them that has now been changed 3 times and still not shipped. I have sent over 3+ emails asking for someone to reach out about this order and I have not been contacted by anyone. I now have to buy boots somewhere else and deal with returning these boots whenever they come in. I would be very careful ordering from this business.

    My experience is the same as everyone else’s. I placed a order on October 1 2024, before placing the order I asked their representative how long it would take she said 6 days.in 6 days I received the clothing part of my order but the most important item the shoes are missing. I have emailed them every day since the 9 th of October. They won’t even respond, they know they’re ******** people over.

    Placed an order a month ago with no warning that the costume was out of stock. I received an email it was on preorder until after the date I needed it. I tried contacting them several times to cancel the order and they emailed me back that they were sorry, but the costume was out of stock and they were still sending the accessories for the costume. I emailed back several times to cancel the whole order and they will occasionally write back, but never acknowledging the request to cancel the order. Never ordering from here again.

    Ordered the first Halloween costume and disappointed that it didnt come with wand or wings. Ive tried emailing a few times and the email bounces back. And there is no phone number to contact. Would really like a refund. Not sure why it says ineligible for return

    There is absolutely no communication with this page nor the company.. I have sent 2 emails and yet havent had a response yet. I placed my order on the 6th of Oct and yet when I go to check on my order it still states its unfilled.. the items I ordered stated on website 5 to 7 day delivery and it also shows a date of Oct 11 and Oct 15 but how Im I going to get it if it hasnt even been filled but yet they have my money I was really hoping this was not a scam but now Im beginning to think it is with all the reviews Im reading

    On 9/17 I ordered my two year old her Halloween costume. She talks about her pink witch costume every day.Yesterday, I realized it hasnt shipped yet and its due 10/16. I sent them an email asking about the delay. Here is what I received today ************************** we stand by our promise to deliver the highest quality clothing to our valued customers. During our quality inspection for this product, it did not meet our standard of excellence and therefore we cannot ship it out. Im very sorry about this, and we want to make this right!Were happy to help by processing a credit for you so you can apply towards a different item. Please use the link below so we can help you resolve this:I am livid!!!! My baby is heartbroken that we have to go shopping for a new costume tomorrow. Its too late to order another one in time and the stores have been picked through.I demand a full refund immediately! I absolutely do NOT want store credit!!When were they going to inform us about this issue?! Horrible business
