2 starsI ordered a dress that specifically stated was a preorder & would ship out on December 7th & estimated arrival would have been the 15th. Well, December 7th came and went. No updates to tracking & no courtesy email letting me know they would not be coming as expected. I emailed and they took a long time to respond and essentially refused to cancel and item that hasnt even shipped and process a refund. It is 12/12. This was for my childs birthday party. 2 starsI ordered 2 matching dresses for my granddaughters for Christmas on *****. The size 8 dress has been delivered however the size 10 dress has said preparing to ship for at least 1 week. I have sent numerous emails which have been ignored and their phone number has a message stating that they are not accepting calls due to the pandemic. I just need to know if and when the size 10 dress will be delivered. If it will not arrive by December 22nd I need to return the size 8 dress and find matching dresses elsewhere.Review fromJennifer H.
