    You cannot actually call and speak with someone on the phone, all customer service issues are dealt with by email. I ordered my daughter's Halloween costume 3 weeks ago. It was supposed to ship 2 weeks ago. One week ago is still said unshipped, and I tried contacting them to see when it would ship. No one directly answered me on a timeframe, just said it would be "worth the wait." I requested an ETA a second time, and was given a general timeframe that it would ship 3 weeks after the initial ship date. I then requested them to cancel my order and refund me, as I had to purchase her a new costume for a Halloween event we went to, and I never received a response. I am beyond disappointed in this company and my experience.

    We apologize for the delays in response to your emails as we have experienced higher than normal email inquiries regarding costumes.  We have since canceled the order and issued the refund per your request.  While we do advertise guaranteed by Halloween, we understand customers expect orders within the delivery window quoted at the time of order.  The order would have shipped out this week to meet Halloween deadline of 10/31.

    I've never written a negative review before, but Mia Belle needs to be called out for the sake of future buyers. I placed an order on 9/29 for a halloween costume for my daughter. Nowhere on the website did it say the halloween costume would not arrive by halloween (they have since added this verbiage to the website, I imagine due to numerous public complaints.) two weeks in, the item still had not shipped, therefore I emailed customer service to ask about timing. My email was ignored until I noted after numerous attempts to contact someone through multiple channels that I would contact the BBB/my credit card company and file for a ********** charge, and magically I get a generic email noting "please be advised that these item/s are being shipped from our overseas fulfillment center and shipping times are a bit different then traditional domestic shipping within the United States" (bizarre response for a legitimate company to send after an order has been placed as if customers have no understanding of how supply chain works.) You should not be "selling" (I use that term loosely since the item never shipped) seasonal product and then not offer returns, and then refuse to acknowledge my follow-up after taking my money. This "company" should focus on making instagram reels versus selling product, that seems to be their passion. No empathy as to whether the kids they are marketing actually get their dream costume. Was fun explaining that to my four year old daughter who said "okay mama, maybe next year." This company should be shut down.

    We apologize for the delays with our response time, as we are experiencing higher than normal email volume.  Customer emailed us 2 times 10/10 and 10/12 and we responded 10/13.  Customer contacted us halfway through the shipping timeframe quoted online seeking an update.  Customer was informed of the 18 - 21 business days shipping timeframe as listed on our product page - available to view prior to ordering.  Customer then misread our response about the shipping estimate provided by our response to her inquiry, and she added the word Additional in her response, which we did not write, and was wrong.  Customer created a chargeback after incorrectly reading the message, as she thought we wrote additional delivery time.  That was incorrect.  Due to chargeback received after our response, we have canceled the order and will not ship the order.  We cannot ship an order with an open chargeback, with the fear that she will win the chargeback, and keep the item if we ship it. We have canceled the order and apologize the customer decided to chargeback as we expected to receive tracking shortly. Thank you.

    I placed an order in August. Order ******. I received part of the order but have not received the costume! Its been almost 2 months and I am not getting any response via email. I want to cancel the dress. I ordered a costume somewhere else.

    Customer was willing to give us a chance, however the supplier failed to notify us of the backorder status.  Customer has been refunded as the supplier of this item failed to notify us of the backorder status in their facility.  We confirm the item has not shipped, and we have refunded the customer.  We do apologize for this inconvenience and delays in response.  Thank you.

    Go with your gut! I should have listened to mine and not placed this order. I ordered a Halloween costume for my daughter back in September (on 9/10) and it still has not shipped. When I placed the order the shipping estimate said up to three weeks which was fine at the time but after two weeks of ordering my order had still not shipped. I began reaching out to customer service for support and the same general « once your order ships it could take up to XX days to get to you. « It took three or four emails from me insisting that they explain why the item had not shipped to learn that there was a supply issue with the item I ordered and that they were not sure when it would arrive so that it could be shipped. They also suggested that they could try to send something else in stock from Orlando - which is not at all what I ordered or needed. I ordered the item for my five year old who wants to go as the queen of hearts for Halloween and another costume won’t make that happen. That is not how customer service should be handled. I paid $69.98 for a specific costume and should be refunded in full if the seller cannot complete the purchase. I told them I would give them a week to see if the costume arrived and have sent a couple of follow up emails this week with no reply. I’m very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend ordering anything from Mia Belle. At this point the costume won’t arrive in time for any of our Halloween activities so I had to order a different costume from somewhere else. I hope this review prompts Mia Belle to respond and to refund my money.

    I placed an order on Friday, September 30th for my daughters Halloween costume, and I received no follow-up for shipment. I sent an email Saturday October 8th for folllow-up, no response, I sent a follow-up on Monday October 10th, no response and I also called the 844 number Tuesday Oct 11th, and it said they only accepted email inquiries. *** even sent a fb message as requested, and no response. Its been well over 24 hours since my first email on October 8th, now the 12th. All we wanted was a cute Halloween costume for my daughter. This is horrific customer service, and you should NOT buy from this company!!..

    I placed an order on September 26 for my granddaughter. Response said would send an email shortly for tracking and shipment. 7 days later I emailed to their customer support as have heard nothing. no reply or response to my email. I managed to find a phone # under Florida business registry and reached Mr. **** ********* of the owners. He said to email my order # and someone would call me back. I have heard nothing. Sent another email to customer support and went online where it says check on your shipment. This link does not even work. In the meantime I have received 16 emails says 15% or 30% off on these clothing items and check out our holiday line. I have managed to speak to two people regarding my simple purchase. They were both quite sketchy and did not seem to want to talk to me. Said we will get back with you right away. They do not. I believe this company has a great website and is selling merchandise but not delivering to the customer. They should be shut down. These days anyone with talent can create a beautiful website for e commerce. Mia Belle Girls has no support or conscience in being honest and forthright in their selling. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

This wrong item was sent in error by the fulfillment company, and we do apologize for this issue. Please see our reply email with the return portal instructions, in the portal it will ask how you would like to proceed. We will move forward ( based on your selection in the return portal ) once you complete the return portal and send the incorrect dress back to us.

    This is a terrible company, with terrible customer service! They sporadically ship your items out and you never know when you'll get them. Also, they take no care in how they package the items... many items came completely ruined! They were completely rude to me and argued with when me when I kept having issues with my shipments! I wasted hundreds of dollars on this company - their clothes aren't true to size and made cheaply! They really need to go out of business, as they are terrible to their customers!

Your first message to us started with "Hi there! First off, I want to say that my daughter and I absolutely loved all the clothes we've ordered and recieved so far! So cute!" We tried to help change sizes with some items, but we could not stop those shipments already in transit. We worked with you to cancel and refund items, and hope we can earn your business again soon.

    My granddaughters cannot fit in any clothes. Made in ***** with different sizing. They are a normal 8 and 10. These clothes are for play and can't be laundered. Looked so cute in ad. Very poor construction. I sent the whole ****** order back immediately with tags and never worn and with original packaging. A store credit was issued which can never be used. Said we could get credit but didn't.

Records indicate the store credit was chosen for some items and the refund was chosen for the remainder items when you submitted the return in the Return Portal. The store credit gift card was sent on 9/8/2022, and the refunds were completed on 9/1/2022. If you need us to resend the gift card and discount code information, we will gladly do so.
