I received absolutely FANTASTIC service!! Great job!!!We had a gas leak near our pool heater. I called Lickety Split and they sent a Tech out the next day. He confirmed the leak and called the issue in to the office to order the required part to fix the leak. Today (couple of days later) they called and said the part was in and the Tech, named *****, would be hear shortly. When the **** went to start the job, he realized they had the wrong part and would have to reorder it and come back a different day. That was fine with **** left my house for a couple of hours and when I got home there was a Lickety Split truck in front of the house. I saw the Tech working on the leak. He had gone back to the office to source a new part and mad some local calls. He was able to find the part locally. He went and picked it up and returned to do the job. Everything was completed by 4:00. I couldnt be happier with the job he did. Truly went the extra mile to help me out. He was great. Very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely polite! We Showed up to ****************** tune Up , on the scheduled day when he made the appointment and purchased the 1 year agreement back in 8/23. Mr ****** canceled that appointment since he wasn't in town , we Offered him a tune up but couldn't accommodate his same day request ( as a make up for the six months ago missed tune up. He made the choice not to enter another membership with us and we can part ways without slander and remain Friends.J. P.

This is inaccurate information, August 16th 2024 I had an appointment. I called every hour from 11-8pm asking where the tech was / what time was he going to show up. At 8pm I was informed that the *** for the service van was turned off and they could not locate the tech. I then left town at 8:30pm to make it to another appointment I had scheduled for the following day. At 2pm on Saturday Aug 17th I received a phone call from a tech informing me that he was at my house and I had to let him in or have a neighbor let him in. I was unable to just let someone into my house while I was not there. I called on Monday August 19th and asked if they could reschedule me in for the next time I would be in town. I was then scheduled for January 17th between 8-12and was informed that since they missed the appointment that it would not be an issue. January 17th comes and not a word from this company. I waited until 11am and called to verify someone was indeed going to show up by 12pm which I was informed that they had until 1pm. I replied that my appointment was between 8-12 and someone needed to meet this deadline after missing the last one. roughly 5min later a manager called me to inform me that I indeed was not on the schedule as my "contract ended in August". I explained that THEY did not show up and rescheduled for Jan 17. I was informed that if I wanted them to show up it would be another fee. I asked how was I going to be charged again $299? when they didn't even complete the last purchase which was a $1200 charge. I was informed what I was charged was not for the maintenance. I informed them to reimburse my charge which I would assume was half of what I paid since they only showed up half of the visits. I was informed that they would be glad to give me $40 back. I would be more than happy to provide all of the cellphone logs showing me calling the call center as well their tech calling me the day after my appointment.Review fromDamian R

My kitchen sink got clogged so I went online and saw a $79 drain clean special so I called them up, had to prepay and when they came the next day the guy didnt want to put his drain cleaning snake on the pipe because I had used drain cleaner so he told me he will be back the next day but he didnt come so I called the following day and they told me they forgot to put me on the schedule but even though it was now Saturday they will still come because it was their fault. Well a different guy named ***** came and instead of unclogging my sink he tried to sell me a repipe for the whole house, telling me my pipes were about to burst and my house will be flooded for the holidays. I told him I dont have the money to do a repipe, I just needed the sink unclogged but he still insisted that my house will be flooded and he could give me a no money down, no payments or interest for a year, 27k!!! And then he tells me that to unclog my kitchen sink will be over 1k but they will do it for free if I do the repipe. So basically I paid $79 for them to come tell me I have to pay 27k to get the repipe and unclog sink or over 1k to unclog sink, I feel like they scammed me out of $79 dollars, they didnt do anything, the guy wouldnt even give me a estimate because he feared I will take it to another plumber. The next day I went to ********** and rented a drain cleaner snake for $58 dollars and unclog it within an hour. Do not hire this company unless you are super wealthy and dont mind overpaying.Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric

Hi Mr ***** has been contacted now 4 times and been left voicemails each time-************** We need to Come to an understanding of the $79 paid was for the tech to arrive at his house and to make the problem get fixed and not just use a band-aid when needed and to actually re-do the root cause of that drain failure and not do future damage and problem causes. we would like to give him back his $79 back and part ways amicably with no further obligations to each other.Review fromNicole T

Terrible business! They came to my house late one night to repair my A/c unit. They claimed to not have the parts to fix my 3 year old unit and needed to come back the next day. They gave me a very high estimate and charged me a deposit. The next morning, I decided to cancel the work. They told me they would give me my deposit back minus 15%. Its been nearly two months and I havent received my money. Ive called four times and each time they claim to have processed my refund. I was able to get my a/c unit repaired by another company for a 1/10th of what they were going to charge. I just want my money back Upon research, this has happened to many others. This company is better at selling you something than they are at properly diagnosing a problem. They told me that replacing a cane pvc pipe and jetting my line would fix an issue. After the workers completed the job they told me they need another $10k - 12k to fix the issue! I agreed to their loan based on that it will be ***************************************** that time. I spoke to the loan company and they said that is not the loan I was signed up for and the interest started immediately! They came out, diagnosed the issue and installed a new unit all within 24 hours. They were very respectful and worked hard to accommodate my needs (I have a toddler). My only complaint is with the call center not communicating well with the techs to pass on any messages I had regarding timing. This company uses their 'maintenance checks' to come up with things (real or not) to insist you need a whole new system. The first check is fine -- they did the check and replaced the filter (which I provide as I keep them here and change them monthly myself), but on the 2nd check, they told me I really needed a new system since this one was so old. My system, per the sticker on it, is over 10 years old, so out of manufacturer warranty, but has been covered by a home warranty since it was only 8 years old. Anything that needed to be fixed was replaced with brand new parts, including 3 new compressors in as many years. Yes, the cabinet for the air handler is old, but the guts of the system are NOT. Don't fall for their nonsense!!! They also refuse to give you anything in writing --- it is all on an iPad that they want you to sign/initial --- DON'T DO IT!!!!! I asked for the iPad content in writing as there was NO DETAIL, just 3 different prices, and was told they would email it. After several days of not receiving any email, I called their office and asked where the email was. They finally sent it, but it was basically a screenshot of the iPad and still had NO DETAIL. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING DUE TO THEIR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Unfortunately they have done something similar to an elderly friend and they are now trying to put a lien on her property and force her out of her house to pay the price they are claiming which was over 3 TIMES WHAT SHE WAS QUOTED VERBALLY ---- AGAIN, NOTHING IN WRITING FOR HER TO READ AND UNDERSTAND!!!!Lickety Split AC, Plumbing & Electric
