    I completed all requirements but CE Broker won't report to the ** Board unless I pay them. The *********************** appears to be compelling commerce in order to maintain licensure. Is this even legal?

    CE Broker is a continuing education online tracking system. The continuing education compliance status is available at all levels and that information is reported to the regulating board at no cost. If a user elects to upgrade to a paid version of the service, more features on the CE Broker website become available, but this does not impact their compliance status.
