    I am moving from a state that does not offer CE Broker for RN licenses to one that requires CE Broker specifically. I have been trying for several months to access my account to begin transferring my CE credits prior to leaving my current job. I have over 60 credits that I very much do not want to be required to manually go in, print out and then individually self-report each one in order to not lose them. That is a HUGE inconvenience, especially when in the process of moving across the country. I have tried many different times to speak with customer service and I always receive the same response, basically, aww thats too bad. Be patient and wait. There is no empathy for the inconvenience that this causes and no understanding that it is ridiculous that one can be hired as a nurse with this license number yet a site meant to store information for the license is still clueless to its existence. Do better CE Broker.

    It's a CE transcript repository that I was required to use, but the system is broken and it keeps pushing users to "upgrade" to a paid service. When you put your CME info in, the system doesn't give you full credit, but has no basis for not doing so... Horrible product. Shameful.

    The CEbroker website is a big scam. They do not clearly show you that you are on auto renewal for the next year (im not talking about the free 7 day trial), (I'm sure they hide it in the fine print). They have made lots of money off not telling people that they are on auto renewal. Make sure to cancel auto renewal as soon as you sign up because they sure wont remind you. Thieves.

This feature ensures that you will not have to worry about your annual subscription fee being paid on time to avoid a lapse in your Professional or Concierge account membership. You will get a notification via the email address on file approximately 30 days prior to your account auto-renewing as a reminder.We understand some of our clients do not want their accounts to automatically renew on your annual bill date.     Horrible this website is forced upon ******* professionals! The tracking of CEU's is inaccurate and flawed. I keep track of all of my renewals and certificates for my licenses. Despite this, CE Broker has not and will not allow a licensee to mail in CEU certificates! This business needs to be investigated thoroughly. Licensees should not be mandated to use this!!! Look at the reviews for this company, for ****'s sake. Something needs to be done here!

    Horrible Site, and horrible system. Corruption at its best, they say , you don't have to subscribe, but if you don't, they will suffocate you asking you to do the same hours again. Every 2 years, I have to go through this night mare. SHAME ON STATE OF FLORIDA, THAT SAYS THEY FIGHT CORRUPTION, BUT THEY SELL OUT THEIR LICENSEES TO PRIVATE ENTITY.

    absolute nightmare site is a waking nightmare and customer support even worst can't even register the two mandatory ce i took for renewal because the prompts are registering the ce provider though it's ON THE **** as approved I'm getting very ****** ! shame on ** for suggesting this site

    I am required by the *********** to report my CEs to this terrible website in order to keep my license. There is an "error" with my account that I have been trying to resolve for a month. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone, but even so, I have spoken to 3 different people and no one can seem to help. I keep being told that my problem has been submitted to IT. Well here I am less than a month away from the end of my renewal period and I am still unable to report CEs.

    This system is just awful! I've been trying to renew my license and upload courses but it can't find them/won't let me search. They are all ACPE approved and board certified. It should not be this difficult and I shouldn't have to do double the work. **** works just fine, Florida needs to partner with them and don't use this scam of a company. They want your money for something that should be free and easy to use since it's mandatory thru the state.
