      There is no option for zero stars, but if I had an option I would take it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!I have been attempting to gain access to my account since 2/2020. A previous employee left and I no longer have the domain where his email was being sent. I have submitted all requested documentations multiple times and they still have not provided access to my business account. They closed out my case in less than 24 hours after requesting a final document and therefore "did not receive my email" and did not notify me. Then they could not reopen the case and said they had to start a new case and I had to resubmit all the documentation through a web form which did not work when I clicked "submit." It has been three years and now my domain is not active because I cannot access the account to change the credit card to pay the bill. Mind you this is a business website. I have asked to speak to a supervisor or someone else who can help me and they refuse to connect me with anyone who can help me.

      They have wholesalers who purchases domains. When you call Network ************* is Web.com, they tell you to call Wix. If your website is on Wix. When you call Wix, they tell you to call Network Solutions and you keep getting the run around, even after being a long time customer and when you try to get the domain transferred, they get an authorization code that does not work, and you will not be able to change the *********** (dns) number, because that field is not editable on Wix, which means that you cannot transfer your domain name that you recreated. This sounds illegal and should be a process that has to change. They should not "OWN" you. Please investigate this illegal.

      It won't let me stop further payments. I called sometime back to stop payments. The gal said they would stop but still being charge on my credit card.Several times I have tried stopping them on their *******. It says it remove but if I return to the website it still says it renews Jan 17th 2023. I don't want to renew anything. I want all payments stopped immediately.

      I've been having issues with my emails, I am only able to see emails for the current day. I am unable to see any past emails from the beginning of the year. emails get lost and when I call to speak to someone they keep me on hold for an hour claiming they will transfer my call to the supervisor. when my call finally gets transferred I get a voicemail !! I check my office voice messages this morning and see someone tried to call me back once we were already closed, instead of patching through to my extension using the dial-by-name option she leaves a message stating she will try me again and if she can not reach me I can contact them!! no call back number nothing. So I now have to call again start all over and wait another hour to see if a sup will speak to me? I first called in this issue on November 10, 2022, was given a ticket number, and was told someone will keep me updated on the status... I have not heard from anyone since! I use this email for business purposes, and it is starting to cause delays within my company. I am paying for service that is not working properly nor are the staff willing to assist me with the issue. They also mentioned they are currently in process of changing servers and merging with a new company. As a customer, I did not receive any notice of the change nor that we might be experiencing any issues due to the server change.

      I have always had problems with Web.com. They did not cancel a webstore I created when I asked them to. After I complained twice, they finally shut the webstore down and gave me a refund. I created another webstie, and through miscommunication (on their part) shut down my new website and hurt my business. They said they would have it up again within a couple of days. They did not and so I canceled my services with them, permanently. They said they would give me a refund. They never did. I had to call back and they had no information on this and so I had to go through the cancellation **************** again. Whenever you call with a problem, you have to go through so many different offices and speak with several different people. One day I was on the phone speaking with 6 different people for hours. There is so much misinformation and confusion among all of these people. Info is not recorded and it's like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Very unprofessional. If you ask to speak with a supervisor, it is like pulling teeth before they let you speak with one. I do not recommend Web.com for website building. The company has caused me so much grief.

      Horrible support *********** and ****** did not solve my problem gave me attitude and the run around. This company also illegal charged my credit card 600 dollar then lied about the charge but my credit card company confirmed

      I would give zero stars, but it's required to give at least one. This web hosting is an absolute JOKE! I paid for a year of service, and I was not even able to create a page. When I contacted customer service, they were no help at all. Just gave me a toll free number to call. I spoke on the phone with "****" who said he could give me a "free extra year" but I would have to pay for it then he could issue a refund. He said I couldn't get a full refund for the year O have ready paid for because it was longer than 3 days since I paid it, but I could transfer to a different host if I wanted to. I tried to transfer it and was told today by "****" that I couldn't transfer it to a different host because I haven't been active with web.com for 60 days yet. I want myoney back and I want to transfer my domain name to a host I can actually build a site with! To say this company is the worst and should be shut down is an understatement!

      We have had web.com since 2016 and have not had ANY issues until they migrated us to a new platform. We were told in March 2022, after experiencing a domain renewal issue, that the only way web.com could allow us to retain our account was to migrate from the old platform to their new high tech platform. The old platform had limited features for managing both your webpage and your email. When using email you only had the ability to upload 1 attachment at a time and other "dated" features. Our existing plan was for 25 GB of email and website storage and they told us that for $1.50 more per month they could update our plan to 100 GB storage plan. I thought "hey, 4 times the amount of storage and upgraded feature - WHY NOT!" We made the upgrade and ever since that time we have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES. With the 100 GB of storage, each mailbox is now limited to only **** MB of storage. We used to have the ability to allocate however much of the 25 GB we needed to each account, but now each mailbox can only have a limit of **** MB per account. Their solution to that was to tell us to just keep creating new email addresses.....ummm what? Then within the last month we have now been unable to even create ANY new email addresses. Each time I contact tech support I get the run around. I ask for confirmation numbers and they say that a confirmation email will arrive after our chat with a confirmation number. The email never comes! I've been on support chat again for the 6th time this month after waiting over 1 hr for phone support. As I type this message I have officially been on hold for 2hrs 45 mins! Not only are we experiencing email issues, but after the migration our website disappeared and I no longer have access to build or make changes. The webpage edit feature shows in my admin profile, but when I click it nothing happens. I don't know what has happened to web.com in the last 5 months, but I am looking for a new service provider and highly recommend users to steer clear.

      I bought 2 domain names and wanted to log back in to work on my website. The advisor couldn't even find my website, my email, nothing. But I have conformation emails with both website information. I asked her to send me to someone else that can help resolve my issues she couldn't do that either. Her name was Pooja. I asked for a refund she wouldn't do that either. This website is a scam and should be taken down on the internet and on every social media page they are on.
