      very unhappy that i have unauthorized charge of $500 on my visa card and when I disputed with my bank they said card was physically used so they will not recover funds and said merchant has rights to void the transaction.i have multiple bills showing proof i don't even live in miami florida which apparently is where UNAUTHORIZED use of my card happened.**** ****** refused to do anything when contacted.company has possesion of stolen money and I want my $500 back.i never shopped at **** ****** ever. will upload 2 utility bills showing proof i don't live in miami which is where purchases happened
