      On July 7, 2022 I ****** ********* applied for a Dun and Brad st number for my business under sole proprietorship for the business ***** ********* ******. On July 15, 2022 I was issued an Dun and Brad St number *********** however it was issued as ****** ********* as the entity. I verified my business ***** ********* ****** with On July 18 2022 *** ****** @9:54 am via phone with ***, he asked me a series of questions verify my identity and I submitted supporting documents regarding my business ***** ********* ******. On July 20, 2022 I called back in spoke with a representative who let me know that I had an Dun and Brad number and then emailed it over to me. that was the only email i recieved with my duns number. I never recieved the approval email. I put in a case to update company details ******* to update company information to the correct name ***** ********* ******. ****** reached out to me via email. I explained to him that the company name should be updated to ***** ********* ****** not ****** *********. and submitted supporting documents once again. However ****** took it upon himself to update my account to IM PHUCKING AWESOME LLC. So i went to update the company details online and i stated that they were not able to verify me. I spoke ****** ********* on 8/4/22 via phone and email sent supporting documents and on August 8 2002 s ****** sent me an email stating that my company name was updated to ***** ********* ****** how the business is listed with the state of Michigan. However the duns account is still inaccurate and and I am still not able to update my own company information. I have contacted Dun and brad over 20 times and I am still being lied to and I am getting the run around, with no remedy

      I am rejecting This issue response because: this issue has not been resolved. My company name has not been updated . Although I submitted supporting documents from Michigan regulatory agency stating that my company  is certified  full faith and credit. I have been mislead on dun and Brad policy’s. Policy’s that I have requested in writing. Also I have been discriminated against on numerous occasions. My company is still not reflecting how it is registered with the State of Michigan.

      d&b is refusing to allow me to update my company profile for hustle ova everything entertainment. in missouri you have a right to take civil action against anyone misusing or failing to correct credit reports. d&b is wanting to force me to buy their credit builder program just to update my parent company info. i demand they update my employee and sales count or send me their legal information were to file a lawsuit or they arbitration clause. this a good faith attempt to resolve the matter before going to the courts.
