Dunn and Bradstreet, also known as D&B, which I don’t participate with when I had a business published my name with my parents residential address. I’ve never had a business using my first and last name and when calling the sales person sounded disheveled and something did not seem right despite getting a trouble ticket number. When I got an email I saw he did not Totally do what I asked and called back and he hung up the phone. I called two more times and finally got someone else that connected with a manager that also did not seem like he knew what he was doing. He sounded awfully confused even high and you have to wonder what was going on in that workplace last night. I want the matter address properly and immediately.Business Response

It’s still outstanding and personal residential information has not been removed off the internet. I was told it’s an old website and they don’t know what to do. Yet, this information only recently posted to the internet. Promptly remove my personal home details with the wrong business name from your database.

I am the President of Artist ******* ******* **** *** ******* * ********** *********** ******* for tax purposes ** ******* ******* **** ******, **, **********. I saw an incorrect listing with Buzzfile and I asked them to remove it immediately and they did. Then, I was told that Dun and Bradstreet gave them the false information -it said I have 1 employee, we make about $40,000 a year importing and exporting. Correct info we have only volunteers that instruct Art and poetry for free and we have $0. We had to disconnect our paid phone and only have a free cell phone with Text Free. I told Dun and Brad Street on a recorded line three times all the info. I missed only one call because I was contacting the companies that they misinformed and I could not reply to their e-mail and their robot monitor did not understand me and no choices to select that applied to my situation as a charity. Their toll free number is no longer accepting calls. Dun and Brad street needs to list us as a charity and $0 income!

Dear ***** *******,
Finally, I got in writing from ******* *********** that she finally informed the 3 businesses that she referred us to in error because we are not a business and they will remove us. But, there was a fourth business that she said she could not remove ********* and that I could not unless I was 29 prime (I do not know if Dun and Bradstreet referred this marketing company to us over 10 years ago-they never answered me from my e-mail but, I stopped 29 prime service representing us over 10 years ago because we were only spammed everything they did and we told them we were only an org and we just found out that they listed us as a business) but, I called them since I could not reach 29 prime ( there phones all disconnected and e-mails) and I removed them by talking to ***** and he said that he would have his company remove the 120 businesses that they referred us to in error due to 29 prime. It will take about 2 months to remove all. I will check on that in about 2 months.
In addition, I found out that Dun and Bradstreet did not just contact our state of ** to see if we were operating as a business and were told no we were not operating as a business-they contacted Washington DC IRS. In fact ******* *********** said she attached the file of Washington DC and at first she did not but, finally I got it. I asked Dun and Brad Street did you informed Washington DC that you know we are not a business because we were hacked 2004 and reported it to the FBI and that is why your Al Algorithm had the incorrect info that we are a business and I was not answered. I will keep asking ******* *********** the questions that I afore stated.
I thank-you, ***** ******* for offering me ******* ***********’s e-address and that made me remember that I was hacked once and did not take it for that reason. Then, I remembered it was 2004 when we first applied online to our government at the charity division; it finally got Dun and Bradstreet to put in writing we are not a business and remove the 3 business listings and they can not remove their listing as I was promised on their recorded phone my first and only call with ******* *********** because they had Washington DC iRS create a file about our org. Dun and Bradstreet can mark their file do not call us or refer us to any business. I will contact them when I know that the 120 businesses that manta dot Com has removed. Hopefully, the Washington IRS will remove our file and then Dun and Bradstreet will remove our file completely as they originally promised. Again, at least Dun and Bradstreet has put in an e-mail that we are not a business. I will keep you posted when all is resolved.

I cannot update my business profile for ** ********* ***********, LLC on the Dun & Bradstreet database. It says my address at *** **** ******, *********, ** ***** is not a USPS address even though it is and is in the D & B database. My profile has a major inaccuracy that I never okayed. It has hunting/fishing and forestry and I do neither. I just have an organic plant seedlings nursery. I did not want to be on the D & B database but was forced to sign up when I applied for a government grant for my plant seedling business. The D & B website does not have a working phone number to answer technical support questions, it is unclear what exact address is responsible for database problems, there is no easy way to find technical support, their email chat address did not work either--it is on their system as a fill-in form, not as an email address, and I could not submit the form, the submit button did not work.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: They did not make all the corrections as they stated. My business was incorporated and active since 2011. Dun and Bradstreet falsely had eight months of my business active then changed it to 5+ years. It is also not my culture to have that much paperwork, pages of junk about my business--I am an environmentalist concerned about saving trees, they have pages on me that people can download because my business is listed in their database and is on some search engines as listed as a Dun and Bradstreet member. I do not use financing or credit, so I do not want a credit score or rating, they have that even though they could have N/A. Not only do I want a financial settlement from Dun and Bradstreet for scamming and ruining my business credentials during when I am asking for grants for an accelerated plant growth invention for ornamental and food crops, but I want an investigation of Dun and Bradstreet by the State Attorney General's office because Dun and Bradstreet are violating my human right and civil rights. I do not need a DUN number given by Dun and Bradstreet anymore to apply for a USA grant, so I do not want Dun and Bradstreet to have any records of my business at all. I do not like Dun and Bradstreet, they are a scam, that damaged by business credentials.

Feb 2022 I purchased a software called D&B. Hoover (Subscriber # *********) that allows you to search for company emails and direct phone numbers to out you in contact with the correct executives. We are a logistics company that wanted to use the software to make connections with supply chain and transportation heads. After using the software for a few months we realized that the software provided inaccurate information for emails and addresses. We were told the that software will be updated on a regular basis which it wasn’t. I explained my issues to my representative **** ******* and he refused to cancel my service May 2022 as requested. He emailed a spreadsheet that was suppose to have updated information of potential contacts to smooth me over and as always all the information was outdated and emails continued to comeback. Even though I have a contract and paid $1300 Feb and May and now August, the last $1300 is November and I wanted services canceled back in May. The software D & Hoover by Duns & Bradstreet is a rip off and doesn’t provide updated information as stated in the presentation. I wanted a refund for the May & August payment and want services canceled immediately as I asked in May. I reached about to them again yesterday and was given a fake email send my compliant and issues. Can you please resolve this matter for me.

D+B, besides the fact that they are a money grabbing company that doesn't help small businesses at all, with very common fraud and false information, are in violation of CA state law by not allowing a subscription purchased online to be cancelled online.
I purchased a subscription for ************* online. CA state law requires that any subscription service that can be purchased completely online MUST allow for online cancellation. I have been forced to "submit a case" and spent a long time on hold trying to contact a customer service representative who will cancel my subscription.Business Response

Dun & Bradstreet are intentionally withholding information from my business credit report. Six businesses that I have established tradelines with have informed me that they have reported the tradeline since April 2022, however, Dun & Bradstreet is not reporting the information on my credit file.
There are 3 reputable vendors who are well known for reporting business credit information who are not being reported in my business credit profile. The companies have emailed me prof of information they have already sent to Dun & Bradstreet as early as April and May 2022.
My business credit profile is not being properly represented by the accounts I have established and Dun & Bradstreet are intentional withholding information that can be used to develop and increase my business credit score.Business Response

This company has been distributing my personal cell phone number as the phone number for a corporate headquarters. I keep getting calls from companies trying to verify their employees or potential employees work history for this company. I get people from court calling my cell phone and leaving personal information of other people. They will not tell me where they got my phone number from. They are demanding more personal information so they can remove the personal information that they already have. I am not comfortable about that as they have spread my phone number all over the Internet already. I just need them to remove my cell phone number ************* from their website. DNB.com refuse to delete my information from their website where I keep receiving spam emails from. I asked to remove my data and delete my account and they seem to not understand. Rather than help me delete my information and account, they throw me through hoops going back and forth. And they wish to "remove access" to my account rather than actually delete it which I find should be illegal.
I feel that they are using malicious attempts to steal and collect, and sell my data to others without any way for me to delete my account. Their website is incredibly slow. The UI of the website is specifically designed to be confusing and it's near impossible to get in touch with someone. I was finally able to get in contact with support who did not seem to understand my concerns to delete my account and kept sending me to irrelevant links to share more of my data.
I would like to know that my information has been removed. The associated email was ********* for the account. That email has since been deleted due to the amount of spam I received because of this company's listing.Business Response

I have a personal home in TN located in *********** ** and a former neighbor illegally used my home address as a business address for him as a dog sitting company while I was deployed and he was getting evicted. He placed my address with his phone number as a business on the dun and bradstreet site, which gives directions to my home. The business is named ***** **** *** ***** founded in 2010. People randomly come to the house seeking pet services. I have requested numerous times for this site to remove ALL of the information for my personal home from their site - they have refused! In addition to causing disruption to my daily life, it lists *** ***** as a resident of my home-which he is not, he no longer lives in the state of TN. It also states that there is income being generated from my house - which there is not! This is causing major issues in my life and this company has been totally uncooperative. They agree the business no longer exits but they refuse to remove the page, my home information and location, and all of the other wrong/illegal information from their site.Business Response
