    In Reference to order #******* I ordered this **** E on November 20,2023 payed the addition fee to have a new or remanufactured unit total $499 .Once the motor was fixed they installed the new *** it did not start they tried to program thru **** scan and the *** comes back to a complete different Vin Number and a different motor that was in my vehicle .I sent them the old unit and they said it could not be fixed , I tried several times to get a resolved and talked to **************** and keeps giving the run around by sending a email to answer which i did and asking for bill of sale of purchase sales receipt which i cleared paid and they no this that why they sent me a Module which doesnt work. All i am asking now is to get a refund or partial refund for this module i will send this module they can have it back it doesnt work not even programed for my vehicle I get no help or resolution from thank You For your assistance in this mater my Cell #************ *********************

This order has a lifetime repair or replacement warranty as written on customer receipt. Warranty information is sent with merchandise and can also be found on our website.

    I recently conducted business with module experts of Jacksonville, Florida. ***** ***** said the main technician assures you on your welcome phone call that he can repair your vehicle module and have it back to you and very little time. I paid module experts $**** emailed out my module and did not hear anything for several days. I had to call in repeatedly asking for updates to not receive any. **** did not answer any of my phone calls emails or voicemails. Some office secretary who doesn’t know what’s going on had to respond. Finally, after having my module for nine days, seven business days, respectively, I found out that the module cannot be repaired, and that I’m receiving only a partial credit. I was assured, my module could be repaired. if you read all of the Google reviews for this company, you will read that they are terrible at communicating, and do not follow through with what they assure they will do.

    An
    associate provided information on our services. A diagnostic evaluation service
    must be completed by an experienced and qualified technician with the correct
    tools to determine a specific issue with an electronic part, and to determine
    the viability of a repair. Unfortunately, not every module we receive is
    repairable. This customer has been appropriately charged for services provided.
    A refund processed for the service that was not possible. Additionally, this
    customer started calling and emailing one business day after this unit was received.
    Our records indicate that customer service provided three status updates on
    this order.

ASSIST" WILL BE CREAT**. WITHIN 24 HOURS. ONE OF OUR TECHNICIANS WILL SPEAK DIRECTLY WITH YOUR MECHANIC AND WORK THROUGH DIAGNOSTIC TESTS TO DETERMINE IF THE MODULE IS DEFECTIVE OR NOT. IF THE MODULE IS DEFECTIVE, APPROPRIATE WARRANTY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN."---AS I STAT** BEFORE, I OR MY MECHANIC  NEVER GOT TO SPEAK TO A SO-CALL** "TECH.     They are double charging me for shipping to return a ECU that couldn't be rebuilt. I stated that there was no need to return it, but they did not care.

    I sent my ecm to be repaired after paying them 164.00 , 149 for rebuilt and 15.00 for return shipping. I got a email saying my ecm curcuit board was unrepairable and wanted an additional 349.00 to send me a rebuilt one. I asked for a full refund, less 15.00 for return shippingof my original ecm. They did not return my ecm and refunded onty 38.65 to my account. They are nothing but a scam business preying on people and should be turned in to the atterney generals office.

    We made phone contact with this company and were quoted a price. They demanded payment upfront and said they would email over their shipping info. Which they did not. We contacted customer support and they were rude but did manage to get the forms sent over. They already had our money so we went the part. They got it on a Friday. They had told us they would have it fixed and.back on its way in 48 hours. I wasn't expecting them to work over the weekend. On Monday I woke up to an email that there was no paperwork with the part. I had personally sealed the paperwork inside the box. So they lost it. We did the paper work again and emailed it over within an hour of having a conversation that was most unpleasant with their customer service staff. We received no updates for 2 days. I called Wednesday morning and was told they didn't have my paperwork. That I hadn't emailed it back. So I pulled the sent email and since I had proof the customer service manager got nasty. I did get upset at this point and she hung up on me. After the 3rd hang up we decided to ask them to send our part back. I called our sales man and he was also nasty and tried to make fun of me. I want me part and my money back.

    I paid Module experts $238.99 to repair the module from my 2009 SRT Challenger. They took the money from my account immediately, before I even removed the module from my car to send it to them. After 2 weeks I called and was told it couldn't be repaired and that they would send it back with a full refund and explanation. I got he module back, a little over $72 and NO explanation at all. I emailed them and asked what this BS was and got no response. I want the rest of the money they OWE me as stated since they did nothing to my module.

    On 5-26-2023 I sent my computer to this company for repair . They called and said my computer couldn’t be repaired so I purchased one from them at a total price of $869.00 I received the new computer and put it in my truck and it’s still doing the same thing . I’ve tried to contact them several times but have had no response

    i spoke with the sales team at module experts about having a customer ECM repaired for there fire truck. a 2010 ram 1500. I was told they could fix it and it would be a 4 week turnaround and it would only cost 216.90. 6 weeks went by and with no luck reaching out to the company and calls going unanswered I finally got a call back with the same salesmen stating they could not fix my module and the needed a norther 364 dollars to mail me a refurbished unit. I payed them and another 12 weeks went by with no response from their team and no parts in the mail with no tracking on shipping. i then received the wrong module that did not fit in the truck with going back and forth with the company 4 weeks later they shipped me the same module that did not fit in the truck back. at this point I shipped the part back and asked for my original module back and my money back. I got my module back but no refund on a service that was never performed. and am currently fighting the dispute with my bank.

    The timelines provided
    in this complaint are not accurate. We processed this customers part in for
    service on 3/29/2023. An associate communicated the results of the diagnostic evaluation
    service three business days later on 4/3/2023.
    The customer purchased
    a remanufactured replacement module on a separate transaction five weeks later
    on 5/10/23. This part shipped on 6/6/23.
    A customer service manager
    returned a call on 6/21/23 and explained the part was authorized for return for
    warranty or refund. The customer stated he had already filed a credit card
    disputes for these transactions. A request was made for the return of the
    original part. That part was shipped the same day.  Any financial remedy now lies with the customers
    credit card provider due to the credit card disputes filed by this customer. Presently,
    merchandise has not been returned.
