    Caution Buyer beware.Worst experience Ive ever had. This company is a fraud. If I would have read the comments here I would have never sent my unit. I first placed the order to repair my PCM for my jeep Liberty on 8/17/2023. I spoke to some character and he charged me $204.60 to begin the process. I then was sent me shipping label and information on m vehicle. I followed all steps and had explained to the operator that I had done alot of engine work to my jeep and it would not start. So I needed to know if in fact it was a bad PCM. We ended the call on a good note. A few weeks went by and no sign of nothing. The day I was going to make a follow up call the same guy calls me only now he has a different name. He told me my PCM was unrepairabe. He added the he can get me a NEW PCM for an additional $670.25 bringing up my complete purchase to a whopping total of $874. 85. I waited a few more weeks until it finally showed up a little over a month later. I received my same PCM that looked like it was just bead blasted and cleaned. It had my same sticker that was partially rubbed off. I called back and was told it was not new but refurbished. My jeep still no start and doing the same thing. He told me I had to call a locksmith to reprogram my keys. The locksmith cost me an additional $230. With no results. I filed a dispute with my bank and now he reversed it. Tomorrow Im personally going to the bank to file another dispute. CAUTION. BUYER BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

    DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A SCAM!!! Wish the other reviews were there before I used them. Same thing happened to me they tried saying my 4wd module is not repairable because there is a bad computer chip on it. This is incorrect cause acardone remanufactures them and replaces said chip. They say when they rebuild it comes with a lifetime warranty yet there replacement only comes with a 1 year warranty that's a big red flag I will take my business elsewhere.I should have came here and read reviews first.

    My name is ***************************** I sent my Dodge computer **************************************************************************************************** it said they fixed it sent it back charged me for it it is not working I put a used Dodge computer in my truck it fired right up I hit a pothole in the road and Jordan **** free underneath of my main engine fuse box repair it that was the problem with the truck not the computer the computer I sent them came back not working I want my money back I've been a mechanic forever 40 years I've sent other computers the other companies in ***** they came back working fine no problems I am associated with ******'s collision repair *********************** I am a very unsatisfied customer would like my money back cost me 275 total

    I sent all my vehicle information on June 7, 2023 including vin number of the vehicle and all information they ask. I even called to make sure it was correct. I have an email that they sent me stating they could repair my ecm for $239.00 plus $15 for return shipping or replace it for $899 plus $15 shipping. On September 7th I spoke to them again to confirm that they have the correct one in stock and mailed mine. On September 25th I get an email saying it can't be fixed but they have a new one for the difference of $660 and they will ship it out that day. I agree and then the next day I get an email stating that the unit they charged me for the day before, isn't the correct ecm and the correct one will be an additional $1,800. No one will explain how they did not know the correct unit from the the vehicle information and vin number or why they will not stand behind their own written quote. Now they keep having technical issures and are not refunding my money and no one will talk to me about any of it. Can't speak to a manager.

    Rip off business, says that they can fix a body control module . Pay up front of $216 and then the bill says that diagnostics is $125 and fixing it is $61 plus service charges and shipping. I dont need them to charge me $125 to tell me its bad ! I knew that before I sent it !! So dont waste your time with these people, save your money and get it somewhere else . I will never do business with this place again !! ****** learned and I hope no one else does either! I just wish I had read the reviews before I dealt with them !!!

    I called and oh my, the person who answered was extremely rude. I was interrupted mid question and hung up on. I called back in hopes of getting someone different and unfortunately came across the same individual who asked what I wanted and I said well I didn't get to finish what I was saying and you assumed I had a used part. As he was being extremely rude and aggressive I asked him to not be so rude please and he instead berated me telling me that I was rude to call there and they understand why their competitors don't answer calls. He said he was trying to make and living and yelled at and said don't ever call here again. I was in shock, call lasted maybe 30 secs.

    I was completely dissatisfied with the way my order was handled. The turnaround time for me shipping my order and receiving a response slow. The quotes to me after they told me my part was not repairable was unreasonable and contradictory. I voiced my concerns to a supervisor who said she would get back with me to clarify the situation, and I never heard from her .Im still waiting to get my money back for services that were not provided to my part that I sent to them.

    rude, unprofessional, scam people idk why these kind of company still exist with all these 1 star review with all these bad review, why you guys scam people you dont know how hard we work to be alive to get money to survive. charged me $1100 for module does not work.

    after reading a plethera of bad reviews, i have to share my Good experience. *** sent multiple ecus to this company and not once did i have a problem. an ecu checked out okay on an old **** focus, they barely charged me anything, and i later diagnosed the problem to the fuse box. that was my error. i had an issue with a vw tdi, they chcked it, found an issue, fixed it and my car was okay. i also just recently sent in an ecu for a ***** eveo. it was toast. they took care of me with a refurb unit and it ran PERFECTLY after ecu replacement. literal pop and play. ECU problems are EXTREMELY difficult to diagnose as a mechanic, with the experience i have; something tells me a lot of people are misdiagnosing bad ecus, sending them for repair, then complaining when the vehicle still doesnt work. which is the easiest thing to do. all in all, **** over at moduleexperts has been professional and does not deserve any bad comments on my end. i am happy with their services and will happily return. thank you. -Bato
