  THIS COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY FOR NOTHING PLEASE BE AWARE DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE I SEND MY COMPUTER TO REPAIR AS THERE ADD AND I PAID IN ADVANCE THE OUTCOME WAS THE COMPUTER WAS NOT REPAIRED BUT STILL THEY GOT THE MONEY VERY UNFAIR COMPANY WATCH OUT DON'T PAY

  The worst experience I have ever encountered. This company is straight up a scam. I sent in a BCM for repair at $158.84 which I paid a $9.90 to the **** next day delivery. I was told this(We offer repair services for this at only $149.00 + $15.00 return shipping. This includes the Diagnostic ******************* the repair, and includes a lifetime warranty.)And then this( Diagnostics are completed on the *** body module, and this unit is beyond repair due to the issue being traced to the main processor (computer chip). The chip is not able to be replaced on this module, as it is made into the circuit board assembly, so you would need to replace the unit to correct the issue. There is nothing that can be done to save this unit. It must be replaced. (We can provide a remanufactured replacement, fully clone programmed to the ***** VIN, security, mileage, and vehicle options, plug and play ready to go and with a lifetime warranty, at $499.00 (minus the repair cost), so we would need an additional $349. This would take a couple of business days, and it will come fully clone-programmed plug and play. No dealer required. Just install it.) So it came 12 days after the purchase installed it and it did not work, even had a different VIN. Totally ripped off by this company. I revoke my star!!!!!!

  A one star is too high, it should be zero. As the previous commenters, they said my unit was not repairable because the cpu was soldered on the board. Isn't that what repair is? They then offered a reconditioned unit for an additional $349 and the would keep my unit.THIS IS A CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH.I suspect they would then repair mine for their next refurbished unit to attempt to sell to the next sucker.

  Beware!!! Do not use this company they are crooks. They do not offer any resolution to the problem. They just State unable to repair your unit and refund you a minimal amount. They claim it is all diagnostic services and they keep all your money. Their customer service is also horrible while I was speaking with a representative she just hung up the phone. If you truly just want to give you money away this is the company that is willing to take it. Once again beware use another company.

  DO NOT BUY from Module Experts.Zero Stars.Module experts is a scam.They prey on innocent people who need to save money on auto repairs and all they do is rip people off.DO NOT BUY from this company. I was told September 29, ************************************* $253.99 by *********E, not surprised they don't use their last names. After 1 week of calling and emailing for an update **** .E sent me an email stating the following;On Thu, Oct 6, 2022, 8:29 AM ********************E @moduleexperts.com (Our technicians have informed me that diagnostics are completed on the ***** Accord ABS module, and this unit is beyond repair due to the issue being traced to the main processor (computer chip). The chip is not able to be replaced on this module, as it is made into the circuit board assembly, so you would need to replace the unit to correct the issue. There is nothing that can be done to save this unit. It must be replaced.We can provide a remanufactured replacement, programmed plug and play and with a lifetime warranty, at $699.00 (minus the repair cost), so we would need an additional $460. Would you like us to get that going for you?After days and weeks of calling and getting no answers, I made threats and low and behold was told my part was shipped out already by *************5 days later I got my replacement part and my mechanic said it's a faulty module. I filled out multiple technical assistance forms and it said "Thanks for letting us know you having an issue. We apologize about the inconvenience this may have caused you. One of our skilled technicians will contact you back shortly."No phone call back, no email back and I am not surprised.I am going to file a complaint with every and all agencies to make sure that these vultures get what's coming for them.DO NOT BUY from Module Experts.Zero Stars.

  This company is nothing but a scam...sent my ecm for repair. They sent back a month later and it lasted 2 months. My mechanic sent back and was told they couldn't get the part to "fix", took my mechanic 3 phone calls to refund money. Come to find out they sent my original ecm back and car is running fine.

  Bunch of Crooks and Liars, sent body module, was told it was not repairable and would have to buy a new on. Sent me one that wouldn't mount back in my car. Told me to send back and send tracking and they would send a correct one. Sent back as requested, next week got the plate to mount the module but the module was back in ************, **. They sent back module and I installed mounting plate after having to remove warranty stickers to do so. Sent email to please send new stickers, nothing. Installed module and have the exactly same problem I originally had. I don't believe there was anything wrong with the module I sent and they lied about it being bad. The supposed new module didn't make a bit of difference. Not only are they unorganized they are Crooks.

  0 stars F- fast talking all I want is my BCM checked and repaired. If no issues found what the price on checking it ? If repaired total cost of repair instead of be wish washer and if it had to be replaced total cost. They full s#$:^&& yes I thought it was scam when icalled them. Beware beware .

  Hands down the rudest set of individuals Ive ever dealt with in my life. **** gave me 2 prices, one was $1000 and the other was $200 and I was simply asking what would be the difference in the two purchases and he starts laughing like I asked a silly question. He proceeded to call me a f****** clown and hung the phone up and then another employee called me from their personal cell prior to that to run their mouth more.

  Sent a detailed email of my need for wiring harness and ECM for inquiry, never heard back. Called and left a message for a manager, never got a call back. Don't think these guys are legit... or actually there.
