In March of 2022 I purchased an RV from Travel Camp. I also purchased the platinum travel trailer coverage. Since Travel Camp closed down, we had to go through Camping World who informed us that Travel Camp cancelled my service policy and the repair to my RV is not covered because I have no coverage. I paid $5,406.00 for this policy. Camping World said that I was to have received a refund for this cancellation of coverage by Travel Camp. I have not received, nor can I get a hold of anyone about this issue.

Traded for second unit before first payment was due on first unit. Original $10,000.00 cash deposit not applied to second unit as promised.
Refused to assist with error and threatened to have police remove from dealership property.

Purchased a new travel trailer from the TravelCamp *********** ** store. The "We Owe" form states they would give us the equivalent of 6 months of payments. That is about 3600.00, We closed on 09/04/2023 and have received no funds. Now they have been bought by Camping World, who feels it is not there problem. When I ask the sales team about this issue I seem to get NO results. I want to hear from ***** ****** who is the old owner and get the money owed to us.

We purchased a travel trailer back in September 2023 and have been waiting ever since to receive our plates We keep getting told that the *** was working on it, but that was Not the case I tried to call travel multiple times and nobody would pick up so I had to leave voicemails and it would take days to get a response through email. We are moving and we need to move our trailer however we are unable to receive another temporary tag according to travel camp because they already issued us too, but I believe we should be able to receive a third tag considering this is their fault for lying to me and not doing their jobs, we are very angry and will never be purchasing from travel camp ever again. We are moving and dont have a place to live other than our camper which we cannot move because we do not have our plates because travel camp employees are too lazy and dont know how to do their jobs. We need a temporary plate as soon as possible

***********, this email was sent to you yesterday.  I am providing here as well:

      Hello ****,

As ******** stated, unfortunately we cannot issue temp tags. Please reach out to your dealership or *** regarding getting a temp tag.I apologize we cannot help further.

I understand that you purchased your vehicle back in November of 2023. We didnt receive any of your paperwork until 12/22/23. I was able to review the paperwork on 12/26/23 and we were missing quite a few items needed to send it to the **** I reached out to the dealership on 12/26/23,1/3/24, 1/15/24,2/5/24 and finally heard back from them on 2/7/24.The dealership informed me that they reached out to you on 2/7/24 regarding the missing items. I reached out again on 2/20/24, and 2/27/24 for updates from the dealership. They stated that you were on your way to get a NJ drivers license and they uploaded a copy of it for us to use on 3/6/24. We received the final items on 4/17/24 and I sent all your paperwork to the *** on 4/18/24.Unfortunately, the *** rejected your paperwork on 4/29/24 and I informed the dealership on 4/30/24 that the *** had changed their rules regarding POAs and would no longer accept the POAs we had for you. We fought the *** on this, but they would not budge. That is when the dealership reached out to you on 5/9/24 to get those new POAs and we just barely received your POAs. I will get all your paperwork returned to the *** today 5/22/24.

If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

I purchased this camper back in September in *****,**. I didnt get to pick up my camper until November. They claimed they had to fix roof. They never even mention nothing about roof being messed up until I already signed bank documents to take out ****** loan. If I knew the roof was messed up before I purchased I would have never bought. I was told my information to take to DMV to get tag would be mailed. Never received it so I have no tag on my camper. I email them Jan 2024 to let them know Im having issues with camper and again on March2024 and no response

Customer should email ****************************************** regarding their tag.

Regarding any service work, if anything was owed this would have been provided to them at the time of purchase.  Used RVs do not come with dealer warranty unless the customer purchased an extended warranty.

We purchased a new camper from TravelCamp in *********, ** in October 2023. We were charged additional fees (approximately $2800) for delivery, winterization, and the like. We requested to not have the winterization done there as we could do it much less expensively elsewhere, but we were told it was a required fee/ service. The camper sat in our driveway until March 2024 and no one entered it or used it. When we did enter it to start packing things in it, we noticed first that the shower head had broken and fallen to the floor. It had a bit of water in it. The next thing we found was that the faucet at the bathroom was also broken and had water in it. We reached out to the company, but were told they would not help as "the warranty ran out." We had been told it had a full year warranty and this was only 6 months! We continued to complain about this as it seemed evident that their winterization process was not done correctly and allowed water to freeze in the lines. Salem (a rep for the company) offered to send us $200 to our home address to compensate for the repairs that needed done (at the time, he only was aware of the shower head). We never received that money and when we emailed him later to inform him of the additional issues (which now includes a crack at the water pump under the counter) and that we didn't receive the check, he stopped responding. We even stated that we would file this complaint with the BBB if we didn't get a response. To date, they have not sent any compensation or engaged in a discussion to resolve these issues. We feel strongly that the winterization they claim they did and charged us about $1800 for has caused these issues. I have pictures and videos but they won't upload. We would like reimbursed for all the repairs that needed to be done and a refund of the fee we paid for it to be winterized. We appreciate your assistance with this matter.

We purchased a used camper on August 10, 2023, and paid $45,130 cash for this camper. We did not know until October that the company did not have clear title to this camper (we live 13 hours away). After many texts, emails and phone calls with the company, we were told by the company that they paid the original lien off. The company told us that the bank mailed the title to the original owner who had moved. Supposedly the original owner applied for a duplicate title, but I cannot get an answer to my phone calls and emails. We basically have a camper that we do not own, nor can we haul it anywhere to camp.

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: I have gotten the run around about the title and tags since my very first inquiry. I've already heard that it is top priority by TravelCamp and here we are 7 months later with no resolution. At this point I'm tired of the stress it's causing and just want my money back.

      Regards,

On ********* ** ***** I purchased a tab *** *amper from travel camp in Jacksonville FL. I had already put a down payment on the camper before I completed the purchase on that day. The down payment amount was ***** I brought in a cashiers check for the amount of ********* I confirmed the amount before arriving at the store, but when I got there, I was told the balance due it was actually less than the check amount and I would get a refund check in the mail. I am also a little confused because when I put the down payment I was told the lower price than what it looked like I was being charged when I completed the purchase in September.

I started the purchasing process for the camper in August. It was on sale for the price of, ********** I just looked back at the paperwork, and it looks like the price they were charging me was ********** We put a down payment of *** to hold the camper then after we got to the store we put it down payment of ****. The sales team there said we would still be able to get the sale price when we finished buying the camper.

I have been in contact with the company a few times, and I have not received an answer about the refund.

I purchased an RV from Travelcamp in August of 2022 and financed an extended warranty with the purchase; the amount financed was $2,548.00. In December of ******************************************************************************************* I have many attempts to get my refund but nobody wants to help. Even though Travelcamp went out of business I was able to get in touch with them a few times. I have been referred to the creditor; M&T Bank, the warranty company; National RV Care and Camping World (who bought out Travelcamp). After submitting cancellation requests with promises of getting my refund I am still getting a runaround. As of today I am still unable to get in touch with Travelcamp even after leaving multiple voice mails and phone calls.

I gave permission to run one hard credit pull? told it was good for 30 days. I wad firm my daughter was only to be a co-signer not primary on application and only 1 pull of her CR. I started getting multiple alerts for hard inquiries. msgd sales guy, he told me that it wasn’t them, he’s not sure, then he’ll look into it. I was told I was approved, done deal come sign papers. I drove from Daytona to Jacksonville to be told sorry we fired the finance guy, I asked again are you sure this is a done deal as I plan on traveling, I booked camp sites already based on you telling it was a done deal I was told over & over again yes I am approved.I had 11 hard inquiries none of which I gave permission for. I was very specific about not wanting multiple pulls on my credit. I was assured 1 pull good for 30 days that is what they used to submit to a lender. Then I was told that they needed more info from me so why would one keep submitting for a loan if they know the lender would need more info! While getting the info together they’re still applying to banks; why! why are you sending to lendersWO doc you said were a must? CS went down over 100 points & my daughters. they attempted to run her as a primary no permission to do. She called, complained. they pulled CR again & then tried more lenders not taking into any consideration what they were doing to our credit. Just from travel camp alone I have 4 pulls! Why?! One Pull good for 30 days that is what we gave permission for. It has been a month & they are still pulling my credit! I am not doing business with them. Why are they still attempting a loan? They destroyed any chance I had, dropped me below 600, assuring me yes up to 4 days before I was suppose to leave then no RV, nonrefundable camp dpst, costing several hundred, destroyed credit, diff. to get deposit back. Attached just 1 Report & not daughters. 11.3 they pulled again why? Fraudulent activity ATP!
