Found out from **** they where gonna void my warranty as the RV was by far over my weight even tho Travel camp said it wasnt...

Then the hit the installed was not a auto slider and hit cab of truck softly luckly i was paying attention....

Owned the rv for months of which its only been in service vs my owner ship do to tons of issues.

Travel camp wants to reviews to go away but yet to do anything other the point blame at employes etc

Nothing like spending well over 100k for a rv for your first time to have the PROS that your suppose to be able to trust to lie and put you in dangerous situations..................

They put everything on Kyle the service manager to try and make it right but after research their was nothing he could do as it was all a sale team problem upfront.. Kyle is the best and hes the main reason this hasnt gotten worse but after the last conversation where his boss said their is nothing they could do in the service area like i told then in the being pass the problem to people who didnt cause this.. Now its time to let the issues be known!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I bought a travel trailer from the *********** location in the beginning of August. We are quite happy with our purchase. Travel Camp was to install a trailer hitch on our SUV. After we paid for it which was bundled into the total price it was determined that the particular hitch would not work for our SUV. Since August, we have been trying to get the cost of the hitch $900 refunded. First we were told a check had been mailed by corporate to the finance company. Well that was not the truth. We were working with ******** and then she was like a ghost. Then we have multiple times tried to get a hold of the general manager, left messages. No return calls. At this juncture, we want a check and we will pick it up at the *********** location immediately. Do you not think that four months to get a refund is very poor customer service? We certainly do.

Beware travelcamp and the people they work with travelcamp will sale you someone else's junk and claim they'll warranty it with there warranty company . It's all a ploy for you to spend your hard earned money for the warranty company to deny all claims and travelcamp to charge you MORE money to fix the issues with the camper and charge you even MORE money. Lesson learned

I live in ********** but bought a camper van from this company located in *******. My husband and I had to fly to ******* to pick up the van. Company promised to cover $200 of our airfare as part of our contract. They never gave me the $200 after promising several times they will mail it. I’ve communicated with the managers via email and phone calls to no avail. They also sold me a fabric protection warranty that they said I could cancel anytime. When I tried cancelling it after only a week, they refuse to give a refund. They said it was a one time service that was already done, therefore cannot receive a refund. This company cheats it’s customers and consumers should be aware doing business with this company. At first they promise you everything. After you sign the papers, they won’t even return you phone calls or answer your emails, specifically their store and finance managers!

Purchased a new Keystone Avalanche on September 16,2022 from the ************* location. This was a cash sale; no financing. We were asked to stay an extra night so that the service dept could do their final check and that we could do a informational walk thru. Some concerns were asked about at this time. We asked that the unit be delivered to us. We were told it would be delivered the following week due to a part being switched out. It was delivered on September 26,2022. At the walk-through upon delivery there was some issues noted and the dealer was notified. After making many calls and being handed over to multiple people; I was finally told that someone would come out and check the unit and my concerns. On October 05, 2022 a service employee came to check out my concerns and through our wall through more issues was discovered. He advised that the unit had too many issues for him to address without taking it to the service department in *******. That unit was picked up on that day and as of today November 01,2022 the unit is still at the service dept. The issues that we are having is water damage, mold growing, slide out operation, broken cabinets, broken door, flooring issues, ice maker not working, kitchen faucet. We have literally had this unit in our possession only 9 days. After days upon days of trying to get answers, being lied to and ignored; We requested a replacement or a refund. We were told that they that would have to complete a mold test to move forward. I explained all my concerns to the GM at the dealership and to the Service Manager at the service department. I explained to them that my father (main purchaser) had a medical issue and we could not take the unit back. I was able to speak with the regional manager and he stated that he would do everything he could to get the issue resolved. Sent him photos. His reply was that the service dept was working with the warranty to get resolutions. No time frame. We have a new unit with water damage!!

I purchased a preowned 2016 sporttrek travel trailer November of 2020 along with their 5 year extended warranty that the dealer pushes so hard. The trailer came with a very high end 7500watt inverter generator and that was one of the main reasons why I bought the camper I did and getting the warranty that they were offering in case there were any issues down the road. The warranty was an additional $3500 and the finance manager assured me that it was covered for 5 years along with the frame being extended on the front to accommodate the generator due to its size. I have a signed contract saying it is covered with the platinum coverage and $50 deductible. Now I am having issues with the generator running and service manager at the ***** **** location is telling me that it is not covered under the warranty because it’s not a brand that they work on. That’s not my problem , the dealer needs to man up and honor the warranty that I purchased and fix it or give me a refund for warranty since they don’t want to fix things. salesman was awesome we had , but he is not longer there. I even called and spoke with the finance manager and she told me that I bought it there that they need need to fix it. Service manager is the problem and was very unprofessional how he handled the situation. I am getting close to trading in next year to upgrade and now I have a bad taste in my mouth about buying anything from travel camp again.

On 8/05/22 traveled to ***** to look at an RV and decided to purchase with the understanding the following items would be included per *******:
1 RV Prepped and Certified clean
      2 Caulk and seal RV
3 Leveling system to be added
4 Starter kit for plumbing drain to be included
      5 USB plug repaired
      6 Microwave glass plate replaced
      7 Toilet seat replaced
1-6 was not done and below are items missing at delivery:
      * ****** ***** ****** ******* RV Manuel missing
      2 Battery cover missing
      3 Ceiling fan remote missing
Paid $5k down, signed contract on 8/10 and received RV on 8/20. Delivery driver left before RV was parked. Once parked, went inside to inspect and it was evident nothing was cleaned or repaired/replaced, and all holding tanks are FULL. Texted ******* that day of the condition with no response. Called every day, left messages, no return calls. Sent email on 8/29 to ****** who responded without answering any of the questions and passed me to ********, who called, stated someone would call me to fix all these things but I still haven't received a call. Some of these items cannot be rectified onsite.
It has been raining every day and now evident there is a water leak inside. 2nd bedroom, which will be the children's room, the left slide out, under the bed, carpet is wet and showing signs of mold activity and growth. Now a health concern has begun. I called, explained it has been in my possession for 3 weeks and it is leaking water and creating mold. I asked to return the RV and was told that is not possible, I can only trade it in for today's value, which has significantly dropped, according to Travelcamp. Travelcamp has not held up to their end of the agreement but expects me to accept this as is or take a loss if I want to trade it in. And Travelcamp does not seem to care about the biggest issue of all, leaking water inside. I cannot put children in the RV. I want to exchange this RV for another using the purchase price of $48k OR cancel the entire contract.

      *****,

Thank you for reaching out to find a resolution and make this right between us.

Per our phone conversation on Monday, March 6th, you offered to replace the roof and provide scissor jacks. During that conversation, you asked me to reply to this email with any other requests.  After reviewing the list we talked about, the only other requests I have are the leveling blocks *** told me he would provide to go with the scissor jacks and reimbursement for the Prep and Cleaning fees. ****** agreed to refund those fees with the agreement I would update my review to reflect Travelcamp is making a valid attempt at retaining me as a customer and ensuring I am satisfied.

Would it be acceptable to you if we could agree to the following?

Travelcamp agrees to remove and replace the entire RV roof, provide scissor jacks with leveling blocks and refund the Prep and cleaning fees and in return I agree to update any negative reviews and remove the *** negative review.

Please respond to this email and let me know if you agree.

Does your response 'That is correct ma'am.' mean you also agree to the highlighted agreement below?
