      After feeling as if we were tricked by the sales pitch, my husband and I decided to purchase the water system, being told it would help our washing machine and dishwasher run more efficiently with less soap.We felt very pressured by the sales rep into purchasing the system while my husband and I tried to discuss our decision (the sales rep continually interrupted our private conversation to repeat the same statistics over and over).We finally consented, being told that we could return the system, paying only a restock fee (no timeframe was given, leading us to believe there was no limit). We were also told that with the financing we chose, we would be given a 3 month payment-free trial period to make sure the system is doing what we were told it would (this is actually what the sales rep told us! Verbatim!).After install, we have not noticed any difference in our washing machine or dishwasher. I tried using less soap, as I was told would work, but neither my clothes more dishes came out clean. In the end, we are using the same amount as before, leading me to believe that the system is not performing as promised. After realizing that the system is not doing what we were told it would (only 10 days after signing the contract), and believing we had 3 months from install to declare this, we reached out to the company (left 2 voicemails), but were simply told You cannot return it. We will not take it back.I researched their reviews on BBB and found someone mentioning a second rescission period but could find nothing that says that in the contract. We were never told 3 days and now we are stuck paying for a system that does not work as promised.They claim that customer satisfaction is their #1 priority, but it is not true. If it were, they would take back their system instead of weaseling their way out of keeping their promises.

      ******, I have been waiting to reply to your review as I was told by my installation manager (***) and ** person (Fadidah) that you were going to revise your review. Regardless, my understanding is you were less than excited with the sales rep, but felt the installer Houston, the installation manager ***, and the ** person (Fadidah) had all tested your water, found it to be zero soft, and working properly. There was obviously some miscommunication when the sales rep was in your home. That particular rep has been with us over ****************************************** the Savannah ***** Like anyone, he is not perfect, but I can honestly share with you we have NEVER heard of any of his customers say anything about a 90 day trial period. Often our customers will get a 90 day deferment on their 1st payment, but at no time in our 43 years of doing business have we ever offered a trial period. Obviously with installation cost, financing fees, and the potential of used equipment if the customer gets buyers remorse, it would be cost prohibitive. If the representative gave you that impression, I sincerely apologize for any miscommunication. As your review states, initially you were concerned with whether or not the unit was performing properly and actually providing you the benefits of clean, soft water. Hopefully that concern has been alleviated. It takes a few days of cleaning out the scale build-up and debris in you pipes. As we have since tested, the unit appears to be providing zero soft water and performing as advertised. There is no magic or hocus pocus in the benefits soft water will provide in your home. They are very well documented from easier cleaning, better ************ longer lasting appliances, to saving you money on literally everything in your home water touches ( less soaps, shampoos, cleansers, no bottled water, etc.). I hope with our follow up visits, we have been able to answer some of your concerns. The system in your home will provide benefits & savings for years to come. We honestly believe it is the best investment a home owner can make to protect their ************** If you need us for any reason. please call my extension ************ any time.       We notice our dishes in the dishwasher have much less residue leftover after washing as well as the toilets actually staying white. The water tastes great and our skin is in much better condition.

      First off I want to give credit where it due to Rhyno who offered great service to me! I loved all his presentations, they were very informative. Nothing beats having clean water especially knowing what was previously in the water that was being used. I'm glad I decided to go clean! I have had no problems since my installation, and I would definitely recommend this system to every family!

      It was a pleasure to work with the team at UDI. The ******'s who handled the sales and installation process were terrific. They walked us through everything we could expect with our new water. The start of the show is the actual system. Our water was very hard. The system has made everything feel cleaner and more drinkable. Our skin shows a night and day difference as a result of the the UDI water system. And now everyone in the family is drinking straight from the drinking tap. We couldn't be happier with our investment.

      The service is great and the representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful! They know the system inside and out! It is impressive that they own the system themselves! Clean water is very important and having peace of mind is priceless! I have my 2 year old grandson at my house often and with small children they drink the bath water and knowing it's safe for him to drink is very important to us!
