      My experience with UDI has been extremely pleasant thus far. Everyone at the company is very professional and willing to help. If and when I have called customer *********************** they have gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. The salesman AJ was knowledgeable and friendly. My installer ******* was professional and courteous. Everyone explained what would happen next to keep us in the loop. We had an issue with our shipment of natural soap, and customer ********************** took care of it immediately. We even had a follow-up visit from Mrs. ******** and she was professional and friendly as well. Overall, my experience has been pleasant and I am looking forward to this company servicing my family's clean water needs for years to come.The water systems does what it should. I love that the drinking water is now fresher, tastes better and I feel good knowing my family has good drinking water. I don't have so much of a need to buy bottled water - I keep some on hand in case of emergency, or to give to anyone who may stop by. The soaps provided by the company are great, I have since returned unopened commercial soaps nought at other places. Also, the water system so far is easy to maintain.

From the initial meet, to the final installation and walkthrough, Emmy ****** and I have felt valued as customers. Definitely would recommend their water treatment services to others.
