      Coming from a place that had the worst water known to man, the UDI water softener and reverse osmosis water filter has saved me tons of money on bottled water. I also love how much better the showers and soap is on my skin.

      UDI is a business that functions off of fear mongering and preying on vulnerable people. My husband and I just moved into our new home and a door to door sales woman came and asked for a water sample. As being first time home owners, my husband and I didnt think much of it. The woman then asked us if a technician (sales representative) could come back to go over the results. Again, we did not think anything of it. When the technician (angry sales representative) came to our house and we saw what this business was. The sales rep came into our home like he owned the place. Throwing his items rudely on our counter tops and using our dish ware and laundry towels like it was his. Not once did he show us imperial data of our water quality, instead we were subjected to a **** hour demonstration of his fancy machine. At the end of the sales pitch he was shocked when my husband and I politely said we were not interested in his act fast and you get a major discount scheme. What really upset my husband and I was all of the negative and distasteful jokes regarding military services members and their families. Our sales rep insinuated since we are a military couple we have poor finances/ credit scores and that we dont want to be like Camp ******* service members due to the supposed water quality of our home. Beware of UDI coming to your door.

      *****, my name is ***************************, one of the managers in UDI HQ in ************. To say I was shocked to see your review would be a strong understatement. While I understand sometimes personalities can clash, I can honestly share with you in the thousands of demonstrations the representative who came to your home has done for our company, we have never had one complaint. The rep in question is a good ole boy who loves hunting, fishing, and having lots of laughs and a good time. If he offended you in any way, I sincerely apologize. I promise you he was not trying to be disparaging towards any military family, as we have thousands of military families in the Augusta area who love our system and use it everyday. I would estimate 75%+ of our customer base in your area are families in military service. We do over ***** demonstrations each year. I can share with you people, whether they invest in a system or not, really enjoy learning more about their water and seeing the water analysis. I am sorry that was not the case in your experience. If there is anything I can do to rectify the situation or if you would like to just give me more feedback, please call ************ and I will be glad to discuss further. Thank you.

      Love it. It allows me to save money and it enhances the taste of my food. I don't have to use much soap/detergent when cleaning and washing. Definitely a game changer.

      Each of the representatives we have spoken with have been phenomenal. Each were super easy to speak to, gave good insight, and were very thorough with explanations. They were also very easy to relate to. Many gave us insight on the products, the area we live in, and so much more!

      We absolutely love the UDI system and the customer **********************. Our water is fresh, clean and smell free. I can't believe we even grew up using tap water. The products that came with our order we absolutely love and use them daily. Overall we are happy we invested in a healthier lifestyle for our family.
