      My husband and I were introduced to using the UDI system for the first time, and I was completely blown away by using the solutions that was left for me to use never in my wildest dreams. I thought that there were a water system that was so great. I first used the oatmeal soap and the facial bar and my skin felt so smooth, then I use the dishwashing solution in my dishwasher with a dish that I would usually scrap before placing it in the dishwasher. When the dishwasher was finished I took the dish out just to see how it turned out I was amazed at how clean and shiny the dish was, it had no spots on it at all , I have always drink water from a spring because I didn't like the taste of the tapwater for many years drinking this water for the first time tasted just like my spring water so ********* on this water solution that was placed in my home I hope that I can convince others to switch to this clean water system. Everyone that came to speak with us from the beginning to the end has the most friendly attitude I didn't feel like I was among strangers because they had such a pleasant attitude not just because he was trying to get us to purchase a product, but they just had a very pleasant attitude above all

      After the salesman ************************* came and did the demonstrations, I was sold. Great salesman, we enjoyed the demonstrations and conversations. There was NO pressure at all. Moving forward, after the install the difference in my water was like day and night. Everything **** said was TRUE! Now I feel like a salesman telling friends and family to come by and try my water. Skin, hair, clothes, less cleaning the tub from hard water, even the dogs is softer. Then installers were very professional and DID NOT tear up my yard. In fact I was looking to see where did they work. Great installers. ******************************* came to check the install and gave a maintenance class that was very informative and useful. Do yourself a favor go to the website and look at the videos. They are very useful. 5 ************ in my opinion (5 being the highest)

      Recently had a demos station for a water purification system from UDI. I was very impressed by their whole process. The technician MJ was excellent. He explained everything in detail and gave a very thorough presentation. He has a great sense of humor as well. I bought the system and the very next day they were here to install! The installer was very punctual and professional. Explain everything to me and was done in no time! Within a week there was a follow up conduct by *******. She too was punctual and very professional. I am very impressed. The system is doing exactly what they said and what they showed me that it would! Again, their professionalism and punctuality is excellent! Thank you
