      We bought our United Hydro water conditioner and R/O unit over 30 years ago, and have loved every day of it since! We didn't have to change the filters in the main conditioner for 13 years into the life of the unit. They continually service our system yearly, and IF you need any repairs, they are there to make sure you are a satisfied customer! ****** came to our house yesterday and repaired a small leak in our R/O unit, and the valve on the main timing system. He stayed until each and every detail was covered...........he is AWESOME..............THANK YOU, ******!!! My unit is working beautifully, of course...........never a doubt in over 30 years!

      Usually I don't entertain door to door salespeople, however it was something different with the UDI representative. They were very friendly and extremely informative with the many questions I had. I am truly grateful I made the transition I have seen a savings already with not having to purchase bottled water! Thanks again guys

      Very professional and knowledgeable team. They did water tests and demonstrations in front of us so that I could trust that they weren't making up numbers to simply 'get a sale.' After installation, an agent came out to inspect our system and answer ant remaining questions we had. This business knows how to please customers!

      Wonderful service, I truly love how once the unit is installed they come back out and check on the actual service. The installers where really nice and informative. They send someone out that go over all of the maintenance required for the system. This lady came to the house and answered all of our questions, did not leave until we had a good understanding of how the unit work.

      There are so many benefits that far exceeded our expectations. The installation was simple and quick. First, my wife and I noticed out hair and skin feels so much better after the system was installed. Next, out clothes are cleaner and fresher after the first wash. Plus, the assurance that are drinking water is purified made ** feel even better about this lifetime investment. We have no complaints and this was a great decision as new home owners.

      We recently had UDI install a water filtration system in our house after they came to our home and did a few in-house tests that showed my family just how gross our tap water was. We jumped on the opportunity to have clean water. Since having the unit installed we haven't looked back and feel so much better not only our skin but our clothes and dishes are so much cleaner. We are thoroughly enjoying the filter system.
