I am amazed at the results. I printed the information and food plan. I stuck to Day zero perfectly. I had slight modifications in the first 3 days. Over Easter and a family birthday I did not stick to it fully, but I'm back on track for the last two days. The results are absolutely amazing. I love, love, love this program! The food is healthy, simple to follow instructions for preparation, Understanding the benefits from the foods recommended is empowering. I can see myself doing this program for the rest of my life. They charged me for a monthly fee without any warning or notification or any kind of email. I was unaware because it was something they automatically did unless you contacted them when I called the company to complain. They would only refund me the current month very shady very underhanded shame shame shame on them do not have anything to do with this company. Do not believe that ******** cares about you its a money grab please share with everybody you know do not have anything to do with this companySvelte Media, Inc.

Warning: Svelte Feels Like a Scam!If I could give Zero stars I would.I signed up for a 7-day free trial with Svelte, and without any notification or reminder, they charged me a monthly fee once the trial ended. There was no clear warning or communication, which feels incredibly deceptive and dishonest.Even worse I was actively trying to unsubscribe before the trial ended, but their check your subscription section on the website was completely broken. I tried multiple times, but it wouldnt load or show any information, which made it impossible to cancel in time. It honestly feels like they designed it that way on purpose.This kind of practice is unacceptable taking advantage of people by making it difficult to cancel and then slipping in charges without proper notice. Svelte seems to be thriving off of misleading people instead of offering genuine support or value.I want my $69.80CAD ********** Mere, if you're aware of this business model I hope you sleep well at night knowing your success is built off of exploiting ********* anyone considering Svelte: beware. Terrible service. Unauthorized charge of $72.36.I was charged $72.36 without my consent, supposedly for a program I never purchased. I never received a confirmation email, a download link, or any kind of notice in my inbox to alert me of this charge. When I finally noticed it and called their so-called customer service, I spoke with Mr. ****** *******, who basically told me after 1 hour and 15 minutes on the phone that there was nothing they could do because more than 60 days had passed.Seriously? Thats how they handle unauthorized charges? This is a clear scam they charge your account without consent, give you no notification, and then hide behind a time policy to avoid refunds. This isnt just bad service, its fraud.I have no idea how this company is still in business when there are so many customers complaining about the exact same thing. I demand a full refund. What youre doing is stealing. Stay far away from this company.Svelte Media, Inc.

I'm disabled and the program did not meet my needs. I tried to cancel through the website during the first week, but they have deactivated the button that links to "no, cancel subscription" so it's impossible to actually cancel your subscription. I sent them a message through their website but received no response. I've also sent emails after receiving additional charges, even though I'd messaged to cancel my subscription and receive a full refund. I received an email just today saying I'd joined the "accelerated body club" when I never joined it, even though they'd sent me an email every day trying to upsell me into joining the club. Buyer beware of the bait and switch and lack of a way to cancel your subscription, the unresponsiveness of support teams during the trial period and the way they quietly set up recurring payments if you pay through ******...then charge you unknowingly.Also beware that if you are disabled, the programs available my not be accessible to you, even though there are a few modifications. And you might have to go through a drawn out process to cancel and get a refund.Svelte Media, Inc.
