      Hey there! I'm sorry for the poor experience that you received with our company. Here we try to leave every customer satisfied. I see that you have received a refund for the product that you purchased. We're always sad to see our customers go but when they have made their decision we always try to honor it! I hope accept this apology from all of us!

      I also fell for this scam and didn't realize i was being billed $49 monthly. They prey on people and i signed up for the one time fee then it takes you to another page. I kept declining everything else that they were trying to sell but they make it impossible to stay clear of all those tactics of distraction they do by all of their offerings. Shame on MERE

We do notify customers of the recurring charges upon purchasing, and because we understand that in some cases a customer may miss that, we are always willing to honor a refund request within our 60-day money-back guarantee period. As a form of apology, we have doubled that in your case and extended it to 120 days (twice the normal amount). We are willing to help in any other way that is possible as we have exhausted our refund capacity. We've also given you lifetime access to some of our amazing programs!

      I, too, fell prey to the clearly, cleverly disguised additional 'click' that many refer to. I even revised and felt confident that I was ONLY signing up for the trial. I was caring for my mom while I was signed up, and was taking care of her, as well as her finances, up until she passed in October. All this kept me from noticing the withdrawals earlier. I wrote to the organization and they told me I had signed up for a lengthier service. I was very confused because, again, I truly thought I was extra careful. The policy is CLEARLY NOT MADE SUFFICIENTLY CLEAR ORALLY OR VISUALLY - particularly If almost all of the comments here address this. This qualifies as a very poor business practice. This was a conscious decision on their part but, mostly, there is now an undeniable awareness of the issue that should compel the company to change their business practices in the name of integrity. Furthermore, I do find it odd how a company that promotes wellness in terms of not only activity but ingredients, does associate with companies that promote quick fixes to weight loss. It is very contradictory.

      Hey there! My apologies for the unexpected charges! The MetaBoost and One and Done programs both involve a one-time fee of $29. It looks like you also opted for the 7-day free trial of our Accelerated Transformation Club membership. This is something that is voluntary and had to be selected on the following page after you purchased One and Done or MetaBoost. The membership is billed at $49 per month starting when your free trial period is over. The information that informs you about the billing can be found under the checkbox! We apologize if it wasn't clear enough and that's definitely something we'll fix! We thank you for your feedback!       The charge is stated as $29.00 but my credit card company blocked svtrain.com from attempting to charge $44.53 today. This vendor is now blocked from charging my account in the future. Mer is just a full fledged scammer.

      Hi there! I'm sorry for the experience you had with our company! However, we do have our main programs for $29, but based on the charge you're seeing. It looks like you accepted to purchase two of our programs as a bundle! This is where you'd get our $29 program and the selected e-book at a discounted rate of $12! This would be a one-time payment, with lifetime access! But after carefully reviewing your account I'm seeing where the charge was declined and nothing was taken!
