Would give zero stars if I could. Apparently if you ever cancel a subscription with this company, you are never allowed to join that program again. Maybe that should be noted somewhere so I dont waste my time signing up for the other programs that work along side the subscription thats apparently one and done. Shame on you for false advertisement about wanting to help people.

Ive been on metaboost connection for 2 months. The first week I lost 6 lbs but after the first week Ive been up n down the same 3 lbs. it says this way of eating is supposed to combat that problem but it hasnt worked for me at all. Im very disappointed. So dont do this way of eating if you want to lose weight because it doesnt work even doing everything they ask. Theres also not enough info on how to combine foods and how much to eat each day. I was told to repeat the 10 days till you lose all your weight but no info for after. Doesnt matter anyways cause I cant lose on it.Svelte Media, Inc.

I signed up this morning I was charged $61.16 ********** Dollars and $296.84 ********** dollars I got emails I had a quick look at the program decided it really was not for **** tried to cancel however I keep getting told I dont have an active subscription.I tried to call the US number given and was advised it had been disconnected.I have been in touch with my bank with the aim of getting my money back.Svelte Media, Inc.

2 starsVideo goes on and on repeats itself too many times before getting to the point. She says and its stated its a short presentation But think about it: how do you define short? Its not short! The concept is good and a lot of good info on eating. However the $29 quickly turns into $450 and more. Takes forever for the initial info video to complete and ordering is very confusing. Info is not easy to manage into an organized manner. Tried to order one megagreen and was charged for 6. Took 3 operators to get it figured out. They were all nice and willing to help and we did get it refunded. I was really eager to try this but the support line does not instill confidence as they are hard to understand and continually checking with their supervisors for advise. Support email said I didn't have an account.....hmmmm. I was charged but don't have an account? I was not impressed with any of the support options. Exercises that are free are nothing I haven't seen before. Sorry Mere. Love the concept and it is evident a lot of work went into the program but support process shut the door for me. Im livid! Im very careful when I pay for things online. I dont even recall what I initially ordered from Coach Mere, but a year later, Im noticing that Im being charged 65.99 CAD every single month from this company. I called my CC company, because I didnt even know what SVTrain was, and they gave me a phone number. I called and was told that I had subscribed and that they could only reimburse me for 4 months. Shame on me for not scrutinized my statement better before, but SHAME on this company for running such a ****. I got absolutely nothing from them for all this money and I see that Im not alone. Their response is **. I never subscribed for any ongoing charges as many other complaints indicate. This company gives the same ** response to everyone. How are they getting away with this! If I could choose "0" I would have chose that instead. I understood that I would have an opportunity to check out the program then I could decide to continue. What I didn't know because it was not clear is that after 7 days they will charge your account $49 a month. I was just looking at my checking account and called to cancel this scam account. They told me that they have charged me $49 over the 4 months. When I asked if I could get any of my money back they said I could purchase a one-time subscription for $99. Don't fall prey to this company. They do not try to help people lose weight. They just take your money!! I feel taken advantage of. Also, if you call customer service, the background noise is so loud that I had to keep repeating my information. Needless to say I was very unhappy with the whole process. It appears that you choose to sign up for our Accelerated Body *******************'s free 7-day trial as well. After ordering One and Done or MetaBoost, you had to select this option on the following page. It is an elective. After the free trial period, the membership is invoiced at $49 per month. We are always eager to honor a refund request within our 60-day money-back guarantee period because we are aware that occasionally a customer may miss that. I note that we extended it to 120 days in your situation by doubling that (twice the usual quantity).
