  This moving company (Good Greek), are theives, liars, DIDN'T show up on time for either the backup or the unloading. They stole numerous boxes of my property, broke several momental pieces, which can never be replaced!!! When asked where the rest of my property is, they stated everything was dropped off, it was not, approximately 5-6 boxes are still ****** MOST LIKELY THE TRUCK DRIVERS TOOK THEM TO THERE FAMILIES, this is my belief. They are THEIVES!!! FURTHERMORE, THEY NEVER ASSISTED ME IN THE UNPACKING PROCESS, AS IT WAS STATED IN MY CONTRACT/QUOTE, that I paid an additional fee for them to do this. Lastly, there was a terrible communication between the drivers, and myself, they were unable to understand simple directions/request for the packing & UNPACKING, due to not one driver was able to speak English (WHY NOT), shame on them & this company!!! LASTLY, WHEN THEY ARRIVED @ NEW RESIDENCE, ALL THEY DID WAS DUMP THE BOXES/PROPERTY IN MIDDLE OF THE LIVINGROOM, telling me that NOW we have to get back..... AFTER SHOWING UP 3HRS. LATE!!! HOW DISGUSTING & WHAT **** THESE GUYS HAD TO DO THIS. I ONLY hope & pray that this GOOD GREEK MOVING company goes to chapter 11. They are BIG LIARS, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH PUBLIC/CLIENTS PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND WORSE & MOSTLY THEY ARE **************** THAT STOLE FROM ME!!! THEY SHOULD BE ARRESTED FOR PETIT LARCENY!!! HOPEFULLY THEY WILL ??

  Do not hire this company. I had a stop before the main destination and they had me pay the bill first. When I reviewed a 10hour charge when it was about 5 hours into the moving, the mgr promised to credit my money back as its a company policy. Ive emailed them inquiring about my refund. I even included pictures of us moving ourselves. Ive docketed the time when they arrived to the time they went to lunch and returned to the time they met me at the 1st of 2 stops. Ive even texted back the representative who asked about my experience and I asked for a mgr to call me back. Yet no response or any credit back. I was stuck with over 3k bill and my storage unit was less than a mile away. One of the movers were the worst and was very unprofessional. Even had my elderly mom and I move my own stuff into the storage unit. While he huffed and puffed on his phone in the moving truck with the other mover helping us out. They took a lunch break which seems to also have been on me. They do not care about your experience and are very unprofessional. I wish this on nobody.

  Good Greek movers moved me from my Windermere condo to my new ******** They picked up my furniture and other items on Aug 21, held them in their truck for two nights and then delivered them to my new condo on August 23. They gave me a fixed price for my moves and truck storage and honored that price. The two movers, ****** and Sammual were great. They came in time, took great care in wrapping and loading my furiture, and then in the delivery and set up afterwards. I highly recommend this mover.

  My moving crew arrived on time, was extremely efficient, and very careful with our belongings. They all had obvious experience with moving because they took no time at all assessing what needed to be done and took charge doing it, in the hot and humid Florida heat in the hottest month of the year. They unloaded and put everything where we wanted and worked with us and each other so well. I would recommend Howard, Cleo and Octavio anytime, to anyone. Thank you sooo much!   The Good Greek Spiro is a con artist. He should not mention that he is a former police officer because his business is scheme to defraud the people of Florida.. I had a move that was 18 pieces of furniture that is to include the disassembled items. They arrived & finished in 4 hours plus 1 hour of drive time from and to their facility. My customer stated that the 3 movers walked around her house taking several breaks to talk to each other and could be heard laughing the majority of the time. After the truck was loaded the Driver called me and stated he was not leaving until the Invoice was paid. After 30 minutes trying to reach a representative to discuss why I was being billed $4250 which included 2.5 hours of overtime when they had only worked 4.5 hours. after the representative said she would call me back she did not and billed my credit card for the charges. After multiple attempts to reason with them I was simply told just read your contract. Just because you wrote a contract does not make it a LEGAL contract. When scheduling the move of the furniture back to the home I was told that they would not return the furniture until I paid them $2876 again after trying to reason with them to no avail I had no choice but to pay to get my Customers furniture back. They billed me for 3 men and the truck $179/ hour for 8 hours plus 1 hour of overtime at $268.50 before they even delivered the furniture. I spoke with their representative at 10am the morning of the move and she stated that they were just starting to loading the truck because the driver did not show up. they arrived at approximately 2 hours later with only two men. They finished the move 3 hours later and broke and damaged 2 pieces of furniture and left with no explanation. So how is it that I am billed for 9.5 hours for 5 hours of work with only 2 men. I had to pay for the furniture repairs that totaled $1600. To this day they have not acknowledged the damage to the furniture or returned my call.

  Greek moving in storage moved us from one home to another in ********************* on December 29, 2023. We were supposed to be moved at 9 oclock in the morning however the guys didnt show up till 11 because they were overtired from the night before they didnt get in till midnight the night before, Greek movers assigned them to us the next day. They were totally burnt out and I cant believe you let these guys work on the next day within 12 hours. They said they were exhausted You abuse your customers, you abuse, your workers and I think its disgusting Today I found 3 screws that were missing from my grandkids bunk beds They missed them completely ??

  I want to thank William M. for his help and some issues I had during the process. In the end everything was addressed. Thank you!! I need to thank Jason and Chris who were amazing. They took their time with every detail. Wrapping boxing blanketing furniture. Treated my belongings like they would if it was their own. Thank you!!
