************************ and ******** were very professional. All of my belongings arrived from *********** unbroken. The Good Greek was able to meet a lesser quote that I got from another company. All in all it was a great experience. If theres anything they need to improve on a little bit its communication from the office. I would certainly trust the Good Greek moving company and use them again! They really made a very stressful time less stressful, which was greatly appreciated.

1 starWorst move ever!!!!!The Good: they were available at last minute when my movers got sick. They needed to load my 2-br apartment into my pod on property. The people I worked with on the phone. **** in particular.The Bad: when during the middle of the move, I went out to get some pads and drop some stuff at goodwill, the movers sat outside for close to 2 hours. I spoke with the people on the phone who said they would call the crew to continue the work while I was gone. Yet, when I returned, there they were sitting outside doing nothing. Then they refused to load three pieces because it was too windy. Yet, the people that they sent the next morning loaded the mdse with winds of the same strength if not worse. So this crew left at 9:30. They said they would send more people in the morning. This time they only sent two guys instead of three. They had three large pieces and a few small things to move. I really felt this should have been finished the day before has the original crew continued working instead of sitting for almost 2 hours. After already slamming my cc for various charges, they wanted an additional $857, which I refused to pay until the sent me an itemized invoice.The ugly: they are refusing to send and itemized invoice until the bill is paid. As a customer, I feel I have the right to look over what exactly is being charged. I have never had a contractor refuse to give me an itemized invoice until I pay. Doesnt make sense to me. 1 starMy nightmare began on July 20, 2023 and ended November 28, ****.**** (salesman) told me all art (over 100 pieces) would be bubble wrapped, boxes with green tape would go in a different storage locker, as I would keep them in "long term storage" and every person would be able to read and speak English or ESL. 10 boxes are filled with scratched, unwrapped art, laid against each other. The hanging hardware of each piece scratched the frame of the piece behind it. One box had records, a piece of art on wood above, and then speakers on top. There is missing paint, and one of the speakers had the grill broken.They mixed short and long storage so I had to take all out of storage to my house. I was not prepared to hold it all here, and will have to pay for yet another move to storage at a different facility. There were two people on the crew who were unable to communicate. As a result, they didn't pack my computer, two printers, and at least one piece of art. The loss of the ** is devastating as it had pictures of all my pets that pre-dated cell phones. And there was a photo of me attached by halo to the ******* cyclotron when I received proton beam radiation for a brain tumor in ****. They couldn't read Fragile, Glass, Place on Top. I have 17 crushed cartons. All but one are marked Fragile, Glass, etc. They damaged a bar stool. They threw away all the liquor behind the bar that wasn't full, which was mostly $200+ bottles of Cognac and Scotch. They damaged a handle on a cabinet. Im missing a box that contained all but 3 purses. I still cannot find my stereo.I tried to call them at 3:15pm today. I took option 2 for customer service; nobody picked up. Then I took option 1 for sales. Nobody picked up. If I can't reach them by Monday I will go in person. I have no recourse. I didn't learn about all the damage until today. Insurance claims had to be submitted within 60 days. Even if it was within the time frame, I cant put a price on irreplaceable items.Review fromBernadette J

1 starDisgusting company stay away **** ALERT. They estimated my move at one price and then tired to charge me double whey you have no option. 5 starsI used Good Greek to move from Miami to Boynton Beach today. The 4 man crew which were David T. Lenier, Boris and Sail were great. They arrived at 7:30 am and were all very professional. They wrapped everything up to make sure every piece of furniture and glass pieces were protected from being damaged. I was impressed at how fast they loaded everything up and unloaded it at my new place. Everything arrived perfect with no damages whats so ever. 5 starsI had to change my moving date twice and Greek Moving made it so easy to reschedule. I was able to speak to a real person! Each time the confirmation was followed up with an e-mail.
It was a long distance move. There were three men who packed and wrapped my furniture. Two of these young men drove and delivered my things. Everything was set up just the way I asked. I wasn’t quite sure where everything should be and these guys were so accommodating.
I have moved several times. My husband and I basically packed and moved everything ourselves with help from family or friends. We’re older now, so deciding to pay someone to move our belongings made us a little uneasy.
However, because of the ease of this move, I’m definitely sold on hiring a mover and it will be Greek Moving.
