    ****** was aggressive to get my business and asked for a Zelle payment. The movers showed up and said they couldnt do it. I asked for a refund and its been over 2 months. Every time I call or email ***** - their customer service - she says its being sent to accounting. When I asked to talk with her manager, she said she reports to the owner. The whole thing wreaks of scam. Beware!

    This company is a ****, do not use them! They are friendly, nice courteous until the hook you and get a nice amount of money from you in the guise of a deposit but once you are there, they stop talking to you, wont answer questions and tell you your sales representative died to get you to stop calling. When they got to my house they gave me a bill that was 4 times more than what they quoted me. When we refused to sign the new agreement, they told us that our house was a mess and they couldnt move, well hello, we were moving and had 30 totes waiting for them to pack, which they refused to do, then ran outside, jumped in their truck and left while I was trying to talk to their arrogant, condescending customer service representative who did nothing but insult us and made fun of my southern accent. While I was talking to her I got a text from another mover who said they saw my move posted on some board and wanted to warn me that I was working with a known fraudulent company who emptied merchandise in a warehouse in ******** and it was lost or stolen ans some people spent years trying to get their things back. The sales people were absent, the movers could barely speak English and when I asked for a refund because they were obviously a fraud the customer rep laughed at me and told me I was not eligible for a refund and If I got s lawyer to be sure to tell them that I signed a contract, yes a contract Thst said the move would cost $2200 but changed mysteriously to $3000 ans finally $8200. This is fraud They are crooks Save yourself Dont use this company! I hated to give they one star, they do not deserve it!

    Sheer criminals. Every dirty trick and scam tactic known to the industry: 1) Fake customer rating website with bogus reviews, 2) Series of broken promises on timing of the move and who would be moving, 3) farmed our move to the absolute worst movers who literally held our goods hostage, 4) never returned my deposit after offering to cancel our final moving leg.DO NOT hire them, under ANY circumstances

    Horrible company. VASTLY underquoted us (apparently the drivers "calculate" differently) and then brokered our move to a company who could not accommodate us so they double brokered us to 2 drunk men. The movers did not show up the day they were supposed to, despite numerous calls to Navistar who assured us they would be there. 2 men who obviously had no idea what they were doing showed up late the following day, when they gave us a price that was nearly $5000 more than quoted, Navistar told us it wasn't their problem and to talk directly to the company. The "movers" took 2 days to pack up our stuff and did a horrible job - we were watching them trash it. They had to be under direct supervision at all times and during their breaks, they drank. They took 1 load of our stuff and then told us we would have to pay them an additional $1200 directly for the rest of it (in addition to the extra thousands we had to pay the company). Our belongings then sat in storage for nearly 2 months. When we couldn't get ahold of the moving company, Navistar repeatedly told us it wasn't their problem. Our belongings arrived damaged or broken (except for our bicycles which I am fairly certain were stolen). Navistar sold us to con-artists who destroyed our belongings, held our stuff hostage, and stole from us; and they could not be bothered to even try to help.

    watch these guys, the customer service department is quick to throw the sales team under the bus if there's any difficulty I had no problem with ***** in Sales, he was the best. My problem started happing when I got to deal with the customer service "team". I originally booked for this month and wanted to change my dates to the following month. I was told that that would be fine, but only if I paid more.They never tell you that once you give them money, it's never going to be returned if things don't work out. So be really sure of your plans, including any unforeseen problems, before you give them any money. You'll never see it again. Now I as you, are these the kind of people you want to trust with your possessions?

    Awful experience Lots of promises but no follow thru Salesman ( *************************) told me he Would be available 24/7 to handle issues and questions then ghosted me when major problems arose Told me they dont sub job out but did Told me easy trip 3 days picked up on 10/20 and left ******* with 94 yr old mother only to get email Monday from Navistar Telling me if I dont hear from trucking in 5 days to call!Sub**ntracted trucking ** told me it **uld be up to 30 days I had to wire additional $2500 in order to get delivery 5 days after promised The fact that I **uldnt reach sales or get a call back was beyond frustrating The sub**ntracted trucker helped out and but dealing with Navistar a terrible Experience. Run away from these guys!!!

    ********! First I was greeted by the most convincing sales person *****, he assured me 24hs customer service, he assured me no surprises, he assured me if any problems I could reach out directly. None of which were true!!!I specifically asked if I was going to deal with a third party and he mentioned they have trucks available from his own company and that my move was not going to be picked up by a third party. (The reason why I asked this is to minimize the risk by having to contact multiple parties in case of an eventual problem). Well, the day of the move I got a call stating that the truck was already at the location ready to pick up my move. They didnt give me a courtesy call one hour prior and the driver was complaining of having to wait around. Once I arrived I was hit with the surprise that the agreed price pay based on space was not sufficient for what I had, I was overcharged by $921 dollars at spot and told if I dont pay they would leave and I would loose the downpayment already paid. I pursed to call ***** who answered me and put me on hold forever, then the calls started to go to voice mail. I ended up paying and praying that my items were in safe hands during the move the two workers apparently tired from other moves were complaining the entire time of the amount of boxes and how heavy things were I ended up working as well to help them out. I was then cornered to give a high asking tip.I was never given a delivery day and the Navistar company didnt provide me any update at all as to delivery day, I was then contacted by the carrier who picked up the move and told it was going to be delivered, when it arrived I have at least 4 to 5 boxes missing, I was mistakenly delivered three boxes from a prior move they had, I also had many broken items as result of poor handling.Overall it was a horrible experience, poor customer service, ended up being overcharged, lies and promises that were never met. Please dont do business with this company !!!

    I have read many reviews - that indicate that the company is a ****. Please add me to this list.....as well much more. I moved my house from Ohio to Austin, TX. Not only did I end up paying 2.5 times the initial estimate provided due to really "gun on my head"; I received my items either badly damaged, broken, missing pieces of furniture rendering them not usable and/or extremely filthy due to storage and handling. My biggest gripe, more than the money I paid, is that I get bounced around between their customer service, mover (who picked up my household items) and delivery company (which is different than the one that picked up my items). So, when the items are damaged or not delivered, the company delivering takes absolutely no responsibility since they are only delivering the goods. And claim that my items were stored strewn in a filthy warehouse. If I share the pictures of the boxes, clothes, mattresses, etc. - you will be shocked that how can a professional moving company treat items in this manner. Please spend yourself misery and add to more stress associated with moving.

    Absolute scam company! After providing a list of inventory from memory and having written into the agreement that Navistar would move the entire contents of two storage units, they refused to move the contents of the units and upped the price 33% for a partial move of one unit. When I told them to cancel the move and refund my deposit, Navistar stated there would be no refund. Not wanting to loose my 1/3 deposit I had the do a partial move.Be warned, you really need to look else where for a reputable moving company. Navistar Van Lines is a Broker and don't actually move anything.

    Worst company ever! They are scammers. Cant get them to leave you alone when you just want a quote, but when you have problems with their service, no one answers the phone or you get hung up on. Lied to us about everything - size of the truck, when delivery of our household goods would be made. More money required every time we turned around. Absolutely the worst experience of our lives. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
