GLAD I MADE THE CALL TO ******************************************!! WHEN *** CONSIDERS THEM ***** AND HAS THEM RED FLAGGED THEN YOU KNOW THEY ARE CROOKS!! This brokering office is a scam. They promise everything you need and give you far less than half. Our move was $13,000- one state over. They promised everything, assistance with packing (did not happen) and ALL would fit in one 52' trailer. They sent a truck half that size. They took less than 50% of what we need moved. We had to get 3 Uhaul trucks and 2 trailers to finish our move. They trap you so you are out the large deposit- for us, almost $6K and cannot back out. They need to be reported and you submit your complaint to the ***** National Consumer Complaint Database in Washington **. They took that money and we'll never seen anything back, but I want ALL to know that they are nothing but scammers. They take ONLY a check (cash) and will urge you to add more and more to the truckload and ask you to send even more cash. Then, some random mover will show and you have to pay THEM with cash. You get ONE mover so be prepared to load the truck for him stuff, recklessly. They are slick and so fraudulent. PLEASE, move with someone in the business for years, not this 'fly by night" scam office. The biggest mistake of my life!!

While I have not used their services personally, they have gotten my phone number (even though I live in OR) and have constantly called or texted about changing my moving services to them, or to rebook with them. While I can understand someone giving the wrong phone number, you'd think that after being told they had the wrong number 5+ times they would stop. Apparently, that's not enough. DO NOT USE this company unless you want to be constantly harassed about using their service.

The biggest scam artists . They sent me 2 emails from the same person @navistarvanlines. The 2 cnd 1 said we get the entire 20 foot truck at no extra charge. Quality control said you dont get the whole truck we would have to charge you more than double the original cost. They had me call back customer service and explained that we cant afford that and that they should honor the email their employee sent. They said we dont go bye what he sent you because he wasnt authorized to do so. Well that is FRAUD since he email as the first contract. They said they dont care , but you will not get a dime back of the $1,005 they took and they dont care I cant afford the higher cost. PLEASE DONT USE THEM. Save yourself a lot of frustration and headaches and most important your money. We sent an email in the 3 day period to cancel but they said its a different email to cancel. Thieves and liars. The scriptures say they will get theirs. I Cant wait for that to happen.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS-DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!They have a way to make it seem like everything is moving along smooth, and their "quote" on the amount of space needed is a joke. Initial quote came back and it was slightly out of our budget. They kept calling with "a cancelled truck" to fit us in at a better price. How can that be right with a "floating reservation" (questioned myself but continued to book since we were going to save a decent chunk). Well, they promised the quote was going to go down if I had less volume to move, so I spent the next month downsizing a lot of large & bulky items. 4 dressers on the original quote were gone, numerous large pieces of furniture etc. During the final inventory my quote conveniently went UP because its all a scam!! But you feel you are held hostage because they have a large chunk of money-our down payment was a few thousand. Who wants to lose out on that, so we went ahead with the move even though the quote went up by more than $2k with LESS stuff!! Come moving day, the guys get there and arent going to pack anything!! Another lie they told me-said everything would be packed even when we called to verify numerous times with Navistar. White glove service they call it. So we not only spent about $7000 on a very small amount of space in the truck, that they filled with boxes we already packed, we had to rent another truck-the largest Penske offered-and we filled it to the brim with most of our household goods that they didnt take. Please take it from us and go with another company. Hard ****** learned!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!Navistar Van Lines (*****) claimed they were an actual moving company with trucks. They said they had a big rig which they would take out of commission for the entire month in case we needed to change our move date, since we would be utilizing the whole big rig. They did a full inventory over the phone (including measurements of every piece) and told us there would be a live walk through just prior to the move, knowing they rushed me to sign a contract stating I waive that right. They originally quoted us $13,100 to move 2 5-bedroom homes from ******* to South Carolina and required a deposit by check only. They pressured us to secure a deposit, saying that there were many people moving right now and we needed to lock in our truck. I asked for time to review the contract before signing, but was pressured to get it done so we could receive the purported discounts. 5 days before the move they called to verify our inventory. There was no in-person walk through as we had been told there would be. After initially removing some of our inventory in order to give us the initial lower estimate, the second inventory call resulted in a new estimate of $18,800, requiring a second deposit of $2,500 by check only. We began to be suspicious at this point, but they already had our deposit, so we crossed our fingers. On the day of the move, unknown movers showed up with 2 trucks that were unmarked and not 1 Navistar Van Lines big rig. We were expecting 1 big rig, but thought the 2 smaller trucks would suffice. After loading half of our belongings onto one of the trucks, we were informed that they didn't bring the 2nd truck for our move, and that we were only quoted for 1 of the trucks they brought. They then told us that we had omitted an entire household from the inventory we provided. We were then told that our move would not cost the updated amount of $18,800, but would now cost $35,000, to be paid in cash. We told them to unload our belongings f

Zero Stars Move from ********* - **************** They are absolute Scammers. Don't give you money to them. They will talk to you very politely until you pay them your deposit and then they will not answer your phone. Neither will they talk to you properly when you call them. They are not a moving company themselves. They are brokers and will appoint another company to carry out your move. They gave an estimate on the inventory I told on the call. Then on the day of moving the guy who was packing my stuff said your stuff will take more space and charged me more almost $1500. After that they said they will deliver my stuff the next day but actually my stuff came 4 days later. They also misplaced 1 of my box and now no one is answering the phone. The customer service says they have ***** days to recover the box. Please don't fall for their trap. They are big time Scammers!!!!!

Called this company and was given an amazing rate! I advised of all my items. Complete break down of every single item! He gave me a discount stating if I book now he can ensure a truck will come etc! Called me almost everyday to book through him! I paid my deposit movers came and advised to take the items I advised the company itll be **** more!! I called several times until o got someone which he told me i cant call as much due to him being on the phone spoke over me and disconnected my call! Nothing but cash accepted so I couldnt even pay extra with my cc to receive my items! I had to leave behind half of my items! This is not the moving company that you speak with its a brokerage! Im so defeated! They could be honest the poor mover allowed my mattress due to him seeing me cry. Read the small print they quote you for small square footage, even when advising complete inventory. Never again its a SCAM!

I wouldn't give them not even one star. They advertise that they provide moving services, but they are BROKERS. The WORST ever.I have been in charge of moving/relocating our employees since 2009, and I have used many moving companies and a couple of broker companies to schedule our moves. This is the first time I have worked with Navistar, my stomach hurts so bad as I am typing this review as I am still in a middle of an issue with them that is causing so much stress. When the move is finalized through ********************* the company they sold our employee's move to, I will have to file a complaint and request money back. Their quote was for *********, and now Brookling sent me an invoice totaling *********. Over six thousand dollars...really, and they have promised to send us a check back for *****, which is not even half of the difference. This is not right. They kept calling and treating me well initially just to get the business. Once I paid the TWO employees' deposit' move, then the nightmare started.
