      Taking my second class currently and going well. My adviser **** has been nice and willing to help. Accent can sometimes be a little hard to understand with the occasional employee is my only reason for 4 stars.

      O star for this Achieve Test prep ! Dont go anybody in here ! They are scammers and they will try to torture you and try to steal your money from your account no matter you take class or not and they already charged me $600 and something even though I didnt take any class from there ! Be careful and be alert with this guys ! They are not real good institution! Very Worst experience ever ??

We understand that circumstances may arise where individuals need to step back from their education, and we are committed to providing a stress-free cancellation experience.Based on our records, we would like to inform you that you signed up for an Achieve subscription on 05/16/2023. We received your cancellation request on 7/13/2023. Please remember that, as per our agreement, you are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your services within 24 hours of purchase. After the initial 24-hour period, you committed to registering and paying for at least ******** course. Additionally, you agreed to cover the cost of all prep courses you have registered for or completed, along with 20% of the remaining balance due for your program.However, we are willing to work with you to find a more amicable solution. We strongly encourage you to schedule an appointment with one of our advisors to discuss and settle your account.Should you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.       If zero stars were an option I would select that. Read reviews and then Tried to cancel on a weekend, was told you cant, then Monday told out of the cancellation window. Was told could appeal but answer would take 2 weeks and the next payment would be taken out of our account in 11 days or marked as late payments. We would owe over $1000 if we didnt take the offer at $350 to pay that day. I felt in duress and took the offer. I recommend avoiding this company for ANY services. It is a complete scam, with no regard for morals at all
