  I have read the other comments and my story goes the same way. I was newly 18 when I signed on and they told me that they are affiliated with ********************** so that I can get my nursing school done through them but also through the college. So I signed on and the payment agreement was for about **** at 91$ and month. About a week or two into the school I called LCC about some questions I had regarding a book. They told me that they dont even know what achieve test prep was and that it sounded not legit. I was immediately mad and called one of there employees and told them I wanted to cancel. After a long screaming argument they said politely that I still have to pay or it will go through collections. So its been about two years and o decided I had enough with paying them. I went into my account and it said 0% of plan paid and that I owe 9,972$. Scammers 100%

  Hi so my name is ***** and ** being harassed by this company and being told I owed them $2,000 and Im not paying a damm thing this school is a scam just to lure people in to take classes that wont even get you in to a nursing program thats what I was told by a head nurse at one of the hospitals I was applying at and had an interview and said they dont take 3rd Party certification and I was ****** to spend any kinda of money with this company and another thing is I had cancelled my account awhile back and they took forever to reply and said they didnt cancel my account because they wanna claim they never got the email and I have it saved in my files and I was gonna *** this company because now I feel like they owe me all the hard earning money I put into this school $673.67 is what I paid and its what yall owe me back this isnt right what yall are doing to people I will *** and got my lawyers if thats what I have to do for this harassment to stop and to get my money back

  I joined the program in 2019, I was told that this program was a traditional style way in the classroom, although once I took one class I quickly realized it wasnt for me. At this point I already wanted out, although I made a bad decision by paying for the program in full. While speaking with ****** the supervisor, I would only be able to get back ***** from the ****** I paid. Now I only had taken one class at this point and sat for one exam. But I was told that I wouldnt be able to get a refund.. so I tried to make it work, although it wasnt for me. Now at this point I took a breaks tried to push myself to get back into it, when Covid hit, testing centers where closed at this point we are on shut down, achieve is advising we still continue to take classes, and our classes would be available for when things opened up again.. well a yr and 1/2 went by before things opened up.. Now testing centers are opening up, we are now able to sit at the testing centers.. I signed up for a class and noticed a classroom of what use to be ***** students, is now only 3-5ppl. After sticking through that class I than find out that I no longer have access to credit by examinations thru excelsior. Pretty much I would need to go be a student with ********************, due to excelsior no longer working with achieve students. So my verdict is, I payed ****** for achieve to tell me we are here for you as a tutoring support while in your nursing program. While now having to pay 44k to get my RN through ********************.

  Hi,,I want to share my experiences with this Achieve was not good. Since they still calling me and harrasing me that my account in collection to day, January 27, 2023, but This problems happened years ago..They did not give the service as they mentioned me, it was told me in dreaming future. But,I could not get in to the program on the first day that I get on the schedule. I missed the class at first times, the second day, I could not hear the teacher, was the online problem they have. The student only view people and the third days just by myself, I donot understand , why all the students not join anymore?, That give me a clue that class was not good, and the next day I missed the class because , there is no class. . I called them and customer service mentioned the class was cancelled, that was without noticed. After that info, I cancelled the class because it is not helping me at all. I thought was a professional class., but it was not. After I cancelled, they keep calling me every day , asking the balance of pay, tried to work it out. But no I dont want to have any business with this company.why I should pay this class? is not even a real class.. only one day with all trouble shooting, and using email for the online class and then changed using the whats' up web. All of these trouble that just a waisting time and my money.. I already paid at front part of the payment., I should get my money back. I am still awaiting for my money back. I dont want to continue to pay. I dont deserved this. I have been told them, but they always keeping and trying to get my money. They are just a scamer to get to everyone go into the program. I even told them too. but they dont care, I file this to cosumer report to know, not to get this scamming education..   We were surprised to see this review from you regarding your experience with Achieve. Our NCLEX test prep has an excellent pass rate for those who complete the course.
  
  When a customer enrolls in the NCLEX, they are generally required to pre-pay for the course. There must be some confusion as our classes are not free and you did not pay for the class you attended.

  Those people whos regulated achieve test prep are scams, They violated my rights by making me sign agreements policy without warning me about it. Upon the registration process all I was told put my initial and sign no explanation were provided to me, I was so excited I didnt even ask about cancellation policy. After I started taking the course the instructor was very poor in teaching at an introduction of a course ******* over more than 5 chapters in 3 hours. I call them and email them asking them to withdraw me. I met with the tutor 2 times I did not used any of them modules I asked to withdraw from the program before completing one course and they come up with full price tuition fees $(12,996.06)that I own them and threaten me to send me to collections if not paying it. I already give the $600 down payment and change and $309 in a month which I didnt even complete. I didnt ask them to refund me I just asked to withdraw and not changing me in future they still havent come up with a satisfactory solution to me and asking to give them more money for something that no longer serves or benefits me.If no one done anything about what they are doing they will never stopped. I think a lot people living here in the US doesnt know they right in this country. This country have laws and no one is above the laws I do believe in that. The law shall decide As legal speaking I am ready to bring a lawsuit against them for wrongdoing if they attempt to messed up my credit and they will be responsible for all the attorneys fees if attempted. I want people to be aware about how they trapped people to getting to their program. Thanks God I have all my call recordings and screenshots as proof. Warning anybody to keep records of everything cause this program have to go they cant be allowing to take advantage of good citizen in the US.Warning you all to take legal action against them if they done same or similar things to you all.

  *********************** is very knowledgeable in teaching Dev. Psych. He provides good examples a person can relate to. Review questions in book need to be upgraded as they are too easy, and I don't believe prepares the student for the real CLEP exam.

  I have had a pretty good experience so far. The instructors have been great. There was some miss communication with my 1st advisor which resulted in me missing a deadline to take a class. After being assigned a new advisor, thing have been great.
