I think they are misleading I was told the school I was attending ******* University required me to take World Religion, but upon enrolling in the school the advisor stated World Religion was not required for their nursing program, in the beginning Achieve was not truthful they told me I would receive credit for the class in fact they are not an accredited pre prep organization.I asked the adviser at ******* have they ever heard of receiving credit from Achieve Prep , she stated no.Also they wanted me to take Psychology childhood to adult I thought I hadn't taken it but lookin at my transcripts I found I took the class I tried to send my transcript 5 times they stated they never received them and tried to get me to take the class anyway I told them no the week before class started and take me out of the class.Then I told them just refund my money for everything I don't need the classes and I will get my true classes from ******* University which I have start enrolling And their till trying to make me pay $1000 dollars for a class I don't need.I did not take the final test, I feel I wasted 5 weeks and no credit.I hope you can resolve this for me because their not right wanting to take peoples hard earned money and your getting nothing in return.Than You.Achieve Test Prep

Thank you so much for taking the time to express your concerns.Upon taking a keen look on your account, you enrolled with us on 01/18/2024 for five courses. On several occasions, you have attempted to send us your transcripts for a review but unfortunately the emails we got from you had no attachment of the transcript, we even offered you alternative emails to no success. You then requested to withdraw from the program on 03/18/2024, you said that you had spoken to an advisor from ******* university and you wanted to be sure if they have an online program, the account specialist you were speaking to, did a conference call with you and the customer service agent for ******* university which they confirmed that they indeed do have an online program. As for the World religions course, it is important to understand that ******* university has a humanities requirement and that is the reason why we offered the course to fulfil this requirement. We understand that accreditation is very important, and that is why we only work with accredited colleges and universities. Achieve is a test preparation company, we are here to guide you through the credit by exam process and prepare you to test out of some of the required courses or pass your entrance and licensing exams. Once you pass your CLEP or DSST exams at the testing center, you will receive the college equivalent credit transferrable to your College or University program. ******* university accepts these credits. Our role is to help you get your degree faster, at a lower cost.Our standard enrollment process applies to all of our programs. Once the terms and conditions have been discussed and agreed upon, the customer has 24 additional hours to review the agreement and cancel the program for a full refund. If the a request to withdraw is made after the 24-hour window, the agreement outlines the obligation amount due based on the number of courses the customer has participated in or completed.We hope this helps further your understanding of our policies and we look forward to reaching an amicable solution for your concerns.Review fromEMANUELLA J

So, I like to give a special thanks you ********************* and Achieve for the warm welcome. I am excited to start this journey, and what is to come. I give everything from the customer service and to the direct person to person interaction a 5 out of 5. I will be back after the process, for an update on my whole experience with everything from the advisor to the courses and how my test experience went. Lastly, I am hoping that this will help me the way they seem right now. In my opinon at the moment I recommend ACIHEVE TO EVERYONE even if you just need tutoring its available. Tell me why they don't talk about their terms and conditions of having 24hrs to cancel. They wanna charge you for classes you never started and it's so difficult to unenroll but it's easy to enroll. Very shady.Scam! Scam!! Scam!!!Achieve Test Prep

We believe in providing accurate and up to date information so our customers can make an informed decision. After receiving your review, we conducted an investigation and we found out that the cancellation policy was discussed twice during your enrollment. We do understand that sometimes one can miss out on important information and that is why we provide all our customers with a copy of the terms and conditions and are granted 24 hours to withdraw with no obligation and eligible for a full refund incase they have a change of heart.We still want you to find value in your program with Achieve, as we are here to support you. I personally find success with it. I like the flexibility of doing everything in my own time and NOT needing to show up to a classroom for an entire semester for one subject. It isn't for everyone though. If you aren't a "self-learner" (reading material on your own and taking the practice test etc) in ADDITION to the online instruction, then it probably isn't for you.Achieve Test Prep

I received an invoice stating "PAID" Balance $0.00 on February 12,2024. On March 12, 2024 my account was charged again. After speaking with **** at Achieve, he stated the system made a mistake on the Feb invoice. I expressed my concern that their mistake was not my ********* requested a refund. After much "back & forth" I was not given a refund. I even asked to speak with a manager or someone in charge. He refused to transfer me. Call was disconnected.Achieve Test Prep

We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.Upon reviewing your account, we noted that according to the enrollment agreement you signed on 07/22/2022, all the amounts taken from your account were related to what you owed as per your contract. The payment taken out on 3/12/2024 was the final payment, and your account is currently paid in full. It's important to note that some of the money paid went towards the interest. No amount was debited from your account without your permission. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we continuously strive to ensure their educational journey is fulfilling and stress-free. Achieve is a scam to steal your money. They lie about taking classes to help you with the clep exam. Nothing they teach you is on the exam. Then when you try to cancel they want you to pay for classes you haven't even taking yet. Well put it on my credit I'm not paying s*** You lie to people just to steal their hard working money. If we want to cancel we should have the right and not owe for something we haven't even taking. They are greedy crooks.Achieve Test Prep

Our instructors also offer one on one tutoring on an availability basis, understand that we have over 2500 customers, so this needs to be scheduled according to the instructor's next available slot.You signed the Terms and Conditions on 01/5/2024. Once the Terms and Conditions is signed, the customer has 24 additional hours to review the agreement and cancel the program for a full refund. You requested to withdraw on March 6, 2024.
