      I did registered with achieve m thinking everything will be smooth with the online class. I did take only 2 sessions for my Psychology class . I called to cancel and the firsts team member I talked to was very rude. muted the call for about 40minutes. I send a chat and was being introduced to another person . They told me to pay the remaining amount even if I am not taking the class. She was calm with me . Give me options to pay off the remaining amount. You cannot opt of Achieve without paying .My last option they gave was to send my Information to collection. Agency. Please beware.

We understand that unexpected challenges can arise, such as financial instability, and we want to extend our best wishes to you during this difficult time.You contacted us on 02/07/2024 to inform us that unfortunately you want to cancel your program. We offered you financial relief options so you can find it easy to continue your educational journey, to which you denied. As per our agreement, customers are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within 24 hours of purchase. Having been outside this window and even registered and completed a course, you are obligated to pay for the course, plus 30% of the total cost of your Program prior to any discounts or grants. This is stated in our terms and conditions that you agreed to during enrollment. You can find a copy on your Portal.We are more than willing to work with you to find an amicable solution.       The onboarding processes was really helpful and detailed. i was so encouraged and full of hope. i cant wait to start.       Achieve has been extremely helpful for me in terms of preparing me for CLEP and DSST exams so I can fast-track to ***. I have a hard time forcing myself to study and learn the required material on my own and having instructors like ***************** and ******************************* encourage me to attend the weekly courses. They present the information in a clear and relatable way. Any time I have needed assistance with the website or scheduling Achieve staff have handled my requests in a timely manner and with a professional attitude. I would recommend this route to anyone who is/has been working and needs or wants a convenient schedule and fast track to the *** program.
