      Spoke to someone who started they will waive a layer de as courtesy since my check was lost in the mail, now I have fees in $400 and they are attempting to place a lien on my house from one de they said they would waive. This company also does nothing for the community. They don't follow up with anything and stated they paid 10k for Christmas decor in the community when all we had was a reef so someone is stealing money somewhere. They don't fix the issues in the community but are quick to add on fees and collect. Do not hire this company

      TERRIBLE service. Little to no communication. Many of us have requested more than an annual meeting to discuss concerns. NOTHING.SERIOUS LACK OF PEOPLE SKILLS. Their employees are often condescending in their replies to homeowners. They argue with us at the meetings and one of them snapped at one of the residents for voicing a legitimate concern. Somehow its our fault that they made a $40,000 mistake in their budget.POOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. Entries to community look like absolute GARBAGE. Several of us have requested, for YEARS, to have better maintenance of entryway and even offered to do it ourselves.Refuse to seriously address our concerns. They give us lip service every October and never hear from them again. They do little to nothing to enforce rules to keep the community appealing. Many yards look like garbage and still have hurricane shutters up and they refuse to do anything about it.They have been telling us for months that the gates will soon be operational and they blame everybody except themselves and Santa ***** for delays.If it is up to me they will be FIRED on day one when we take over the community.Only reason they are receiving one star is because it is the minimum allowed.

      I am extremely dissatisfied with Artemis Lifestyles' management of our HOA. Over the past year, they have consistently failed to deliver the services we pay monthly fees for, particularly maintaining the common areas. My home is on a corner lot, and I had to personally take care of the grass and weeds in the surrounding areas for nearly the entire year because no one from their team ever showed ***** make matters worse, I recently encountered issues with their autopayment system. I tried setting it up twice, and both times it failed, leading to late fees being charged to my account. When I reached out for assistance, I was not only denied help in removing the fees but was also told I have a bad payment history because this issue occurred twice.Adding insult to injury, Artemis admitted that they did not maintain the common areas properly but claimed there was nothing they could do about it. Meanwhile, I am still expected to pay for services they failed to deliver and penalties caused by their unreliable payment system.I have done my part as a homeowner paying my fees and even the unjust late penalties. But I am left wondering: what exactly are we paying for? This company shows a lack of accountability, poor customer service, and an inability to meet their contractual obligations.I strongly discourage anyone from trusting Artemis Lifestyles to manage their community. This situation is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately.

      I am very happy with the service received by *********************** and Artemis. ******* is available at all times and takes action immediately in the event of any situation or complaint. The best thing is that she abides by the by law and we have no preferences with anyone, wrong is wrong and right is right. Our community looks better every day, and she is working to improve it more every day! Very happy!

      Absolutely the most horrible HOA I have ever encountered. Our neighborhood switched over to them later in 2023. I signed up for automatic payments. January 1st was the first payment scheduled to come out. I get a letter in the mail in March that I never paid and now I am getting a $125 admin fee added to the January 1st dues I already owe. This took me by surprise, but I paid my January 1st dues, as well as my April, and I sent the screenshot of proof that I had signed up for automatic payments, asking for the admin fee to be removed. I was given the run around that the board has to waive the fees. It took **** several weeks to get back to me. I had to send a very rude voicemail and he eventually called me back. I had to continuously follow up with him, and I kept getting charged late fees every month on top of the admin fee I already owed. I was told there was a meeting on 5/23 and I would be provided with an update. He also told me the other fees would be waived. Fast forward, I was never given that update. Instead today, I get emailed a letter from collections that I owe an additional $125 on top of the late fees that I was told would be removed and never were, on top of the other $125 admin fee that I was waiting to hear about. **** just responded and said that the board declined because its too hard for the community please explain to me how I owe money that I shouldnt owe due to a system error, and now I owe more money when I was told fees would be waived? The communication is absolutely horrible. I paid my dues owed, our community has seen no benefit with this company, and I have experienced horrible service. I will gladly pay my dues, all Im asking is for my administration fees to be removed. There is no reason I should be given another administration fee on top of the other I owe when I was waiting to hear back.

      Artemis has been our management company for over a year and their entire team have been outstanding. Their leadership and guidance continue to get us through rocky times with a few very unkind members. Although this unkindness has been unrelenting, Michelle, Diane and Gyneen have been professional, supportive and patient. Artemis has survived when other management companies have not. There are only a few members who continually share unkindness toward our members and management team, but the level is so voluminous that we are unable to have our discussion portal open. Thank you!
