Yaritza was wonderful. I had an issue that I could not seem to get resolved despite numerous calls and emails. She was patient and assured me that she would assist me and follow up. Within a short period of time my issue was resolved to my safisfaction and Yaritza emailed me to confirm the resolution. Yaritza was professional, empathetic, knowledgeable and efficient. Not sure where to start. We moved into Twin Lakes (TL) (St Cloud FL) a year ago and it was our first time dealing with a HOA. I was told horror stories of HOA's so I was nervous.
Since I have dogs I needed to construct a fence as quickly as possible. I began working with Amanda and she was great walking me through all the steps before we closed on the house, which allowed my fence to get approved quickly and within a week of closing be built.
I had 5,000 questions and Amanda had 5,000 answers. On some issues Amanda engaged Sam to help my process.
Since moving in we have had some yard issues (who hasn't) and Mike and Sam were on point addressing my concerns. We have attended several community events (managed by Emily) and they were awesome. Mike and Emily were there and were very open and fun to be around.
Because my early interactions with the TL Team (Mike, Sam, Amanda, Emily, Lalini and Mila) I feel welcome to stop in and say hi. Every time I an at the office everyone displays a positive attitude and I leave with a smile on my face.

I absolutely adore Giovanni. She is an amazing market manager at the Kindred weekly market. My small business has greatly benefited from her talent in running a market and providing this great service to the community.
