      Doc Mj lied about Medical marijuana laws and ended messing up a disabled veterans dispense limit. It has caused stress and even sickness. After reaching out to the business about Dr. John B**** lying to us they continued to just escalate the issue which took multiple days to have a supervisor call then hang up claiming they can't do anything. They withheld medicine from a patient and refused to correct their own mistakes. After two years of them messing up my dosages they have finally destroyed my account with OMMU. I have worked closely with OMMU and I am knowledgeable on the updates and limits that are in place for FL and Doc Mj is giving false information just to take peoples money on the spot. Doc Mj even claimed they were giving a refund yet never took any information to provide the refund and promptly hung up on me.

      Effectively on August 29, 2022, the Florida Department of Health mandated a limit on the amount of milligrams that medical marijuana patients are allowed to purchase within each 70-day order period, as well as a limit on milligram allotments per route of administration. This change was put into effect by the State of Florida and NOT by the qualified medical marijuana physicians at DocMJ or MMTC's in Florida.

      The patient was seen for an in-person follow-up appointment on October 18, 2022, at our Kissimmee medical office with Dr. John B****. The patient's new orders were entered into the Registry at the conclusion of the appointment.

      The patient's claim it took "multiple days to have a supervisor call" is inaccurate and false as the patient spoke by phone with both a Patient Care Coordinator as well as our Supervisor of Patient Care the following day on October 19th. Every effort was made by our staff to explain to the patient how and why his previously recommended milligram amounts were now different and how this affected him moving forward, due to the recent Department of Health changes.

      Due to the patient's aggressive and unreasonable tone with several members of our staff attempting to assist him, a full refund was issued to the patient at 1:09 PM on October 19, 2022.
