Disney company current disbut with prosecuters whom the company wishes to toss out based on "The notion that terms agreed to by a consumer when creating a Disney+ free trial account would forever bar that consumers right to a jury trial in any dispute with any Disney affiliate or subsidiary, is so outrageously unreasonable and unfair as to shock the judicial conscience, and this court should not enforce such an agreement, the lawyers wrote." For a doctor who died after eating the Spings Irish pub of nuts in scalar dish. However, I do not feel her death of allergic reaction was caused by restaurant due to length of reaction. The fact that Disney is using an app disclaimer for their argument turns my stomach.

I was denied Disney DAS service, on August 12, 2024. I am Type 1 Diabetic, and have used DAS, several times in the past. DAS is now, only for people with Autism, and is ignoring people covered under the American's with Disabilities Act. This change, will make me reconsider my annual passes, as well as keeping my DVC contracts (yes plural). This change in policy, is absolutely ridiculous.

Disney world has such a disregard for people with disabilities NOW. I has removed a service/pass for people with disabilities. Instead, cast members encouraged people to purchase ************* services. I guess is now enough paying for park entrance and/or disney resorts. What a disappointment.

I spent the last year saving up for a family vacation -- first family vacay in 10 years. I asked my teenage boys where in the ** would they like to go. Since they are huge ********* fans, they immediately said ***************** so they could ride the Rockin Rollercoaster. After paying over $740+ on 4 tickets (I paid the daily fee + an extra surcharge due to the day we were going, which is nuts) and waiting in a crazy hot line to enter the park, we soon found out that that ride was not in service. My boys were absolutely devastated. We walked around the park to see what else was available, but not much and all 55min plus wait times. We decided to leave the park. I reached out to WDW and provided my feedback, but they didn't have much to say. I will never visit another Disney park/resort as long as I live.

I love Disney but I would be cool if they made like fan bases that a lot people like but never add like a brother bear ride or bolt ride would be cool just a thought to make in a future cause felt like they didn't get much love at Disney world and it had a huge fan bases but it seems like they gave up on so let everyone forget about it

DISABILITY service changes at Disney. Recently Disney made changes to their disability program. I have two autistic children, one in need of line help and the other not in need. We waited about an hour to speak with a Disney worker who felt unable to issue a verdict on if MY DAUGHTER with years of medical interventions could wait in a Disney line so I was transferred to a "health care professional". Who listened about three minutes and said she did not qualify. Again, years of medical interventions and a parent who has said this is a high need and an extreame area of concern with diagnosis paperwork and the investment. I do hope this results in a class action lawsuit over discrimination. I would encourage every parent who encounters this gross ignorance to document it. I can't see this as right on any level.

On 5/4/24, my ********** visited Disney ***************** and encountered a dispute with another family in line for a ride. Despite trying to diffuse the situation, we were taken to a secluded hallway by a Disney agent while the other family was allowed to continue on the ride. My ********** spoke to a manager, who acknowledged the potential racial implications of the situation. We were later questioned by Disney Security & eventually allowed to leave. Feeling unjustly treated, we expressed our frustration & will not be renewing our passes due to feeling humiliated & discriminated against based on our Hispanic heritage. The security team's actions were unfair & misleading as they did not stop or question the other family despite causing distress to our family. My ********** were kept in an unsupervised hallway which we have video evidence of. This experience made my *************** feel marginalized & mistreated, & we ask for these issues to be addressed to ensure all guests are treated fairly & respectfully in the future. I have filed a formal complaint with Disney World.

Dont stay at Pop Century resort and expect to go to ***** using ground transportation. They will inform you that the skyline is the only way to get there. Even if you have a fear of heights, the employees offer no alternate method.

We have been coming to *************** for 5 plus years now back to when they used to mail out magic bands and you used to have to sit in long lines at the gate just to get checked in therefore whats the point of being able to check in online and skip the check in process when you still have to come to the gate and show fingerprints and ID etc after wasting all the time driving ******************************************************************************* all over again over 5 years ago I dont recall having yo dig for ID when already checked in and then be subject to random questions by gate agent (******) after driving ************************************************** advance and linking our reservations to magic bands and cards and annual passes etc why do we have to be subject to criminal tress pass checks again and asked for ID and everyone asked their name etc I have been following all the downHill Disney changes on ******* etc and I must say the check in process is TRASH!!! Im sure ****** was just doing what she was told to do but if we are already checked in why are we showing ID and why are we having to go to the gate to get our campground assignment etc already tired as all get out just to be HARASSED at the gate will also complete a better business complaint so it will be publicly posted along with all the other down hill customer service issues ********************** is having also I should have known F rating on better business bureau for ALL Disney locations will be strongly considering Margaritaville Campground Resort moving forward and dumping the annual pass the quick down hill spiral and harassment of guests is a SAD day for Disney.. we used to RAVE about our **************** experiences at ********************** these have gone to MUTE.
