Its wonderful. There should be a Godzilla kingdom at Disney World. It could feature all the monsters- King ***** ************** Gigora etc. It would be magnificent and only Disney can develop such magnificents .

I visited ***** with my family on 2/25/24. I traveled from ******** to ******* round trip alone was around 2k. ***** was nothing I expected. It was mostly a tourist attraction . There were very few rides and those few rides half of them malfunctioned this scaring my kids and the other half required a reservation . Reservations that you couldnt get because the queue was closed

Just returned from Disney World.. Having been many times since **** I can say this was the worst trip. The crowds were insane with very long lines not only for attractions but also for food. .We chose this time of year because of the weather and suppose lower crowds. I understand price increases but this trip cost us $150.00 more with one less park day and staying at ********************** instead of Wilderness lodge. Also, I really have to give a bad review of *************.. I had to send my prime rib back because it was raw and cold instead of medium rare.. My husband's strip streak was anything but. A sliver of a piece of meat that had a funny taste. Restaurants rush you to order without even giving you any time to look at the menu. I guess they expect you to read ad decide when you are outside. I really miss the old days when you went there for vacation.

Disney World used to be a place to make magical dreams come true, but now it seems more like Disney is not offering happy moments but instead is more for making money,Disney is aware that the lines are long, so to take advantage of this they got away of the free 'Fast Pass' and now charging for a large amount from $ ***** to $ ***** a day per guest, on top of the regular park entrance fees. Also, when you buy the pass and when you book a show/ride, you cannot book another show/ride for another 4 to 6 hours, so that means you are able to use the pass only one or twice at the most during you day entrance. This is horrible. Also worse is that they make guest in wheelchair also stay in the same line as other guest, they also got away with offering the convenience to allow disable guest to have the separate access. People were complaining. some shows that the lines were 4 hrs long, my sister and me have leg issues and cannot stand or walk long, so we asked the associate if we can have our family be in line and we can catch up close to the entrance, we were refused and said that we have to stand in the line. I never had this kind of treatment before in my 30 years of visiting Disney World many times before, our recent trip, some of the rides/shows were not working or closed. So was not worth cost we paid for the park. We were family of 7, and between 2 parks, we paid close to $600.00 for the fast pass, and we got to use it only on one show in each day park. When i sent them an email with our experience and requested a refund, i received a response that they are unable to refund and it is their company policy. Most company will review and as a customer satisfaction and have repeat customers, will make an exception, but for a mighty large company like Disney World, they don't care, and that is very sad to know. This has caused us not to visit Disney World any more. Sad to know Disney World was once a happiest place on earth, is now just a money making machine.

In September 2022 my husband and I took our 4 sons and our grandchildren ( which took us 4 years to save ) there was a total of 11 of us . We paid for everything including airfare for all of us a family trip. DISNEY WORLD CLOSED EVERYTHING FOR 2 1/2 DAYS because of a hurricane and they wouldn't even give us back money for the park passes with the ****** passes included for the 2 days or EVEN ONE DAY in total for us 11 . I asked if Disney world shuts everything down because of a hurricane will they reimburse people and it says yes if they shut down due to a hurricane. WELL THEY REFUSED TO GIVE BACK ANYTHING to me for the 11 of us . Very disappointing on where they received a lot of money from us and could give a c*** about there vacationers . THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE MY OPINION HERE IS ****************** SOMEWHERE ELSE WITH THE ***** Mind you this is my opinion because of there attitudes at Disney world and how they treat vacationers . They told me to wait a year for a refund and they still refuse.

There are many people at Disney that are fantastic and make visits to their parks, cruises and stores magical amd others that make you question if you want to go back. I just got back from a cruise where our family's gift cards didn't work. We wasted several hours with guest services and trying to get ahold of card services with no luck. The cruiseline wouldn't even put our final charges on hold untie Disney resolved the issue and the only resolution was for us to send an email and hope that card services will help. I also paid for a consult at the gym which ended up.just being me paying for a sales pitch. Even worse the 18% tip their is not optional even if you had a poor experience. Lastly a child in our party that has celiac had to wait a long time for food and had quite a bit of limitation on desserts. They didn't even offer a natural gluten free appetizer such as fries to eat while she waited for her food. It's too bad that these situations detracted from.the wonderful experiences we had such as the great food, great servers, great room attendant. Fantastic plays, the characters and fun activities run by amazing cast members. We even had one store manager go out of her way to see if she could help with the card issues and after getting no from everyone she could think of to call she still left us with complete understanding of our frustration and small gift to thank us for our patience.

We took our family of seven (four adults, three young children) to two Disney parks and one Universal park the Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Universal was great - they've figured out how to manage lines and we went on twice as many rides as we did on the two Disney park days combined. We spent 9 hours at our the Hollywood park, and spent close to 8 of them waiting on line - ridiculous. Disney should spend a day at Universal and see how they do it. In addition, the concession prices were feloniously high - price gouging is supposed to be illegal but it's alive and thriving at Disney World - seven churros, three bottles of water, and one Coke cost over $80. The kids had a ball but mostly because the adults held it together, AND we had our phones so they could watch movies while waiting on line. I don't think I'll ever go back to Disney World, but I will DEFINITELY go back to Universal - I hear they 're building a third park.

If you plan on purchasing an annual pass save your money. No perks. Horrible customer service. The staff is miserable. They only care the people that pay the extra money for the fast pass service. I will never waste my money on this place again. Get Universal Passes if you’re a local. Much better across the board. I Can see why Disney is in shambles. RIP Disney.

I would give you zero stars if I could! Been a pass holder for awhile and now I am beyond fed up how we are treated at this park! From raw chicken at Coral Springs to the pass holder preview for Moana! IT SAYS ON THE SIGN PASSHOLDER PREVIEW!! Why do I need an Epcot reservation to walk on !?! Why can’t we park hop!? I am done with paying for this annual passes to be treated like crap! This is our last month doing this Why is it so hard to use the passholder discount to buy a soda ?! One booth says just show us the ticket number on the phone ?! The others say open the app and do all this other crap ! Get it right ! ! That’s just a couple of complaints along with plenty others!
