      My experience over 30 years with Del-Air has always been very positive whether involving installation of new AIRCON units or in this particular instance, a new hot water heater replacing a 25 year old model. This change-out was preventative in nature but nonetheless caused unforeseen problems, i.e., the attic space available was limited to but a 50 gallon Rheem and overall bulk water heater measurements could not fit through limited attic access. The good news: the problem was diagnosed, a taller but slender unit delivered and installed in what turned out to be a full day's job occupying the time of several techies. Well done!       Technician did a thorough job inside and outside the house inspecting both units. He was very courteous and friendly. He also had a few suggestions for future improvements.

      very professional patient is all around good and trustworthy. they called and let me know they were on their way. They didnt just pop up and surprise me questions I had things I didnt understand. They were knowledgeable enough to help me understand. Del Air just awesome.

      ****** and the salesman that came with him were so generous and easy to work with. They got right down to the problems and didnt try to upsell anything which I appreciate. They broke everything down and allowed me to see the issues so I knew what was being done. Nothing was ever forced and made for an amazing visit
