      Del Air was fantastic as the technician **** was assume! He did a great job of cleaning my system and gave me some great tips to avoid issues in the future. Del Air put the **** system in our new home 5 years ago and has been a trusted partner over the years for our heating and cooling needs.

      Del Air install a new AC system on 5/11/21, not even 3years old they had to replace a valve inside the air handler for almost $900.00 for labor , unable when this new Trane AC system , I wonder I was sold a lemon? That’s a lot money for labor, even told that to technician

      Bought new home 9 years ago and purchased extended warranty on air conditioner and heater through Del Air. Started out with 2 checkups per year but 2022 Del Air changed warranty to once a year checkup which I did not understand how they could change a contract midway with no response from me. August 2023 was given appointment noon to 8pm for yearly checkup. No one showed up so I contacted Del Air around 11pm and told them to forget that day. Contacted them next morning and was given 28 August 2023 8am to noon. Technician did show up and told us there was something broken that needed to be repaired. He would order parts and they should be in 3/4 days and someone would call with appointment. Well its been SEVEN WEEKS (28 days). I call every week and given a different excuse each time. FIRST time was given appointment, stayed home all day and no one showed up. SECOND time 2 parts were in but missing one part to complete job. THIRD time 1 part was in and 2 missing. Each time "SOMEONE" will call and let me know what's going on. FOURTH time thru the SEVENTH time a supervisor or manager would FOR SURE call me back. Well I am still waiting on a return call from anyone. THIS IS VERY POOR SERVICE. HOW CAN A COMPANY STAY IN BUSY WITH SERVICE LIKE THIS. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. When we need new air conditioner it for sure will not be with Del Air. One star is too high for them.

      I purchased a new air conditioner in June, and within a couple of days it stopped working. When the technician came out, he informed us that the electrical was hooked up incorrectly. Since then, the unit has broken down two more times. Each time I requested to speak to a supervisor, and was never put in contact with anyone. A service manager finally called me back, after the breakdown on August 30th. I'm still waiting for a response, to replace an obvious defective unit.

      The worst customer service. I have been a customer for over 18 years. They change their customer service to a call center that is not even located in the city. This call center doesn't have any idea of what is going on with the service calls. I prepaid for a New Condensate Pump and Electrical outlet, after several service calls to drain the clogged water drain. I called every single day during 18 days trying to obtain the day for the installation. Every time I was told the same, " we will send a message to the parts department. That the part was backorder. " After I realized that they were lying to me, I contacted their corporate office to find out that they charged my credit card, and the part was never ordered. This is the worst company! How can they take your money, and don't even order the part. Not only that, you call every single day during 18 days to find out that they never submitted your request. There was another ordeal trying to get my money back.
